IS THIS PHONE MODIFIED FROM THE REGULAR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE MAJOR SUPPLIERS? I purchased a couple computers from BEST BUY and found out AFTER the purchase that the computer models where modified (cheaper less features) for Best Buy ONLY. I was very upset about this and in both cases I had to return the merchandise. I AM VERY LEARY BUYING ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY AS THE SAME MODEL NUMBER MAY NOT REALLY BE THE SAME MODEL NUMBER. There is typically a small print on the box that is easy to miss and/or a suffix to the model number no one at the store knows what it is. I FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY.

I'm very sorry, but since I do not have access to Best Buy's inventory system, I can neither confirm or deny this. However, I can say that more often then not, Cell Phones are customized by the carrier and not by the retail outlet. From what it looks like, since this is a "Unlocked" phone, it should not have any of the carrier apps or programs preloaded on it.

About a USB port?

Two questions:
(1). I know that you can buy an adapter or that there is suppose to be a cord that comes with the tab that works for connecting to a computer but; I have rhapsody and wondered if the tab could function as my computer and if I can plug my mp3 in like I would normally do on the computer?

(2). And yes, I know rhapsody has a mobile app, but I want just the software to use for my mp3, would the tablet let me download just the software from the rhapsody website, or no?

I'll answer your questions in order.

1. Unless you are connecting a keyboard or a flashdrive, connecting a USB device to the Tab will not offer the same functionality as if you were connecting it to your PC. The Tab runs off of Android, which will offer different functionality for USB connected devices, and will not necessarily recognize an MP3 player as an MP3 player.

2. Again, since this Tab runs off of Android, you will need to use the actual App for the service you want to use (which will be available through the Google Play Store). This will be the case for all Android devices, and not just the Tab or Tab 2.

do you have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Wifi + 3g available in Best buy??

as far as I am aware, the Note 10.1 will not come in a 3G or 4G flavor. As to when this device may be released, I unfortunately will not have a time frame. Keep checking back on Bestbuy.com for any updated info.

is there a big difference between 60Hz and 120Hz

The Hz of an image is the frequency of the signal that is being sent to the TV. Although in this case, the term also refers to the frames per second the image is displayed at. A 60Hz image is shown at 60 FPS, and a 120Hz image is shown at 120 FPS. The more frames per second, the smoother the motion (especially for fast action sports or movies) and the more of the signal you will see.

Does this tv have dual voltage? If not, which range of samsung TV have dual voltage?

All UN, PN and LN units (North American Units) will only have support for ATSC/QAM broadcasting systems and NA power systems. Since the NA TVs will not accept a PAL signal or Non-NA voltages, you will not only need a converter for the broadcast, but also for the power if you would like to use the TV in a PAL country or in a different power environment. Unfortunately, I will not be able to recommend a specific converter since Samsung cannot offer support for products we do not manufacture.

can DVD's from UK be played on this player?

It would depend on each individual DVD, and which 'flags' it has as far as allowable region codes. Some discs have an open (or no) region code requirement, so it could be played on any player worldwide.

The other factor would be is if the movie is available in PAL (which is a European format) or NTSC (which is the American format).
