There is not a wireless module receiver available for this model. Some Samsung Home Theater systems will allow you to power the surround sound speakers using a wireless Samsung receiver, but no such device is available for the HT-EM45.

The HT-E6500 would have a wireless receiver module available for the rear speakers.

Although the LN40E550 will not have any audio outputs, the best way to get audio to a receiver from a secondary device is to route the audio from the secondary device to the receiver directly and then route the video to the TV. If your receiver have HDMI pass-through, all you would need to do is connect your secondary device to the receiver via HDMI, then from the receiver to the TV also via HDMI.
