Please ensure that the C6500 is connected to an internet connected home router (wired or wireless). Unfortunately, the device cannot access internet content through a PC or other internet enabled devices. Internet connectivity can only be accomplished through a home network (router). If you continue to have an issue with your device, please contact Samsung service for further assistance.
