Fast machine but I want higher resolution...

I have the luxury of having many computers, tablets, laptops, desktops and all-in-ones at my disposal to use and test. Adding this 27" HP Pavilion to the list was awesome. The first thing I do to most of the machine I get is to perform a system update, then do a performance test. I use Passmark Performance Test. This 27" All-in-One scored really well in disk! Absolutely amazing actually! You can tell it when it reboot - it takes about 15 seconds. WOW. The CPU is good - memory is good, where it lacks is in the display area.
The highest resolution I can get is 1920x1080 on this 27" screen - so everything is BIG, compared to the 2560x1440 I'm used to. That is the biggest drawback for me.
Next to that - the location of ports and slots is in the rear of the device, making it a bit inconvenient to attach peripherals if needed.
Lastly, it has decent sound, but not compared to a pair of external power speakers. Again - it's an All-In-One, so you don't need external speakers unless you want to really rock the house!
The device has a variety of GREAT features though - Popup Web Camera with very nice optics, Tilt Stand, Touchscreen (of course), stylish keyboard and mouse, Audio by Bang & Olufsen, etc.
Overall - fast machine, great for everyday use except for video editting, etc.

Great Picture and Sound!

I use a webcam almost daily for my webex business meetings, so I was really excited to try out the Logitech HD Pro C920. It was a super easy play-n-play setup, Windows 10 detected it immediately. I downloaded the Logitech Capture software - which you can use to make videos - and even have picture in picture capabilities! I used the C920 and one of my displays, but you could use another camera too for a second angle!
Overall - very impressed with the picture quality on Webex - my coworkers liked it too. The sounds it definitely better than my other web cams, but if you want great sound, you'll use a dedicated microphone.
This camera has the ability to shoot/stream 1080p video with a framerate of 30 fps with no reduction - which sets this camera apart from most others.
Another thing I love is the stand. Might seem funny - but you can set it on something, it attaches to any monitor with ease - really nice. Good job Logitech. It allows the camera to tilt while connected too!

Great Upgrade from Spinning Disk!

Easy and cost effective upgrade for your laptop or desktop! To test this new drive, I used a Lenovo T410 for my reference system. I first rebuild the computer with Windows 10 and its original drive, then ran a Passmark Performance testing tool to compare disk performance.
Then, I removed the original disk and replaced it with the Samsumg 860 QVO drive and built the same Windows 10 image. Once built, I loaded the Passmark performance testing tool to make a direct comparison. I'm please to report that the new drive was 10 times faster than the old one - and was WAY bigger in capacity!'
Sure, there are faster SSD drives available (like the Samsung EVO series), but they cost ALOT more. This drive loaded easily and performed well. If you are looking for a no-brainer upgrade - an SSD like this Samsung 860 QVO is an easy choice!

Weird but Cool Party Speaker!

Yup - weird but cool. A Speaker with "ears" that flip out and change the sound dispersion. Interesting idea - and it works! Sony will likely have a hit for backyard party goers and tailgaters with this portable speaker system. A splash-proof top help to protect from accidental liquid spills - so not to worry. My biggest fear is somebody deciding to use it as a stool or chair - which is bound to happen. It's only rated for 22 lbs. Sony - should have beefed that up a bit. That is one of me reasons for only 4 stars - along with the fact that my Yeti does NOT fit into the cup holder. Dang.
Aside from those gottcha's, the speaker produces big sound from a wide variety of sources including: Bluetooth, RCA, USB, and ¼-inch jack. In addition, the GTK-PG10 has a built-in AM/FM radio,a feature I think is often overlooked! Good job Sony!
It paired easily to my devices, carries nicely with side handles and like toe option to mount on a pole speaker stand. Overall - I'm impressed and will use this all summer at my bonfires!

The Belkin Boost Up charging pad proved a hit at my party this weekend. Placed strategically on the coffee table, guests "fought" for a chance to place their phones on it to get a little more charge! I'll admit that every time I glanced over at it - somebody was using it. Not all of the guests knew if it would work with their phone, so they just set their phone on the pad and if it started charging, they were in business!
Super simple to setup - just plug it in really. Place it in a convenient location - like an end or coffee table or a night stand. The kids like it next to the couch so they can be near their phone and charging it up as they watch TV.
I have a metal piece in my case to use the magnetic car mounts, but it is not problem for me to slip the case off and set it right on the pad. If I forget and leave it in there, the Belkin Boost Up detects a foreign object and does not engage charging.
Overall - super product! Does not get hot, works with many phones and I could see myself picking up 4-5 of these to be placed strategically around the house. It is small enough to travel with - just don't know if I'll do that often. Thanks Belkin!

Awesome Personal Air Purifier

I own several Dyson products and they are all the top of their product category, albeit they are a bit expensive. The Dyson Pure Cool Me air purifier is another terrific example of Dyson's ingenuity.
The odd yet sleek purifier is extremely simple to setup and use. Just lift top off the unit and slide in the filter cartridge, replace the top and you're done! A new and interesting way to angle the air flow helps to put fresh air right where you want it. The machine oscillates in roughly a 70 degree arc and I think the output air flow can change about 40-50 degrees vertically.
A curved remote fits nicely (and magnetically) to the purifier base, but I just leave it on my nightstand. I've setup the purifier so it showers me with fresh air all night long - and I do feel I've been sleeping better the last 2 weeks with it. I think the nice consistent sounds helps as well.
The unit has an informational display area to tell when the filter needs to be changed, shows the fan speed and displays the sleep timer setting. Also, you don't need to use the remote to change the speed - simply hold the power button in back to scroll through the speeds.
Thus far, I'm very happy with the purifier and plan on sleeping better each night!

I'll keep this short and sweet - I'm very impressed with these headphones - might be my new favorite. Why? Great fit in my ear while working out - didn't feel like they needed to be adjusted or were falling out at any point! I used them lifting weights, on the rowing machine, on the elliptical and even better - I wore them in the Lifetime Steam Room. I leave my phone in my locker and sit for nearly ten minutes in 100% humidity. No issues with the steam. I did notice that I lost the left ear a few times (maybe 3 times in an hour for about 5 seconds but it came right back). I going to charge them up and see if that happens again....this was just using the initial charge that they came with!
Also - really like the app - which was surprising to me. It has an equalizer with presets and you can really tell the difference between them, and it allows you to make your own presets, can help you find the right fit in your ear and works with Spotify to stream custom playlists or your own too!
Overall , pretty impressed and plan to use these exclusively for the next several weeks!

Great sound, slightly bulky

I am basing this review from my experience with several pair of True Wireless In-Ear headphones. Overall, this is a high-quality product for a reasonable price, produces great sounds even if the ear buds are slightly more bulky than the competition with a charging case that is slightly larger than others too.
Included are 3 ear tip sizes, and 2 gel sizes, short charging cable, charging case and of course the earbuds. Please note this is the JBL FREE X headphones - apparently this newer generation (2) has fixed a bluetooth connectivity problem. Thus far, I have not experienced any bluetooth problems!
After installing both the gel "sweatshield" and the smaller ear tips, I feel these are very secure in my ears. Not sure I could play basketball, but the treadmill weightlifting poses no issues. Other earbuds I've had I felt like I was always adjusting so they don't fall out. These seem good!
Why only 4 stars? Well, because I'm picky. Other headphones have voice prompts when you turn them on and off - clearly indicating there state. Even a voice prompt for pairing mode would be helpful. Another missing feature is that when I'm lifting weights and someone walks up to talk, I take out one earbud to hear them. On other sets, that automatically pauses the songs I'm listening to. I'll admit you just have to press the right earbud button to pause, but I'm just providing the comparison.
I will continue to use these during my next few workout to ensure they perform as expected and will adjust the review as appropriate. Thus far - I'm happy with them and believe they are worth the price.

Quiet, long lasting, close cut!

I'll start by saying I've used manual razors for the last 20 years. I just didn't think anything would cut as close or as nice as a razor - I'm talking Gilette, Harry's, etc. At the end of my shave, I purposely went against the grain - making the cut even closer and baby butt smooth - no matter which way you brushed your hand.
Out of the box, this Norelco 6900 impressed me. Light, nice features, comfortable grip, carrying bag and easy attachments. I took it to my bathroom and let it charge for a couple hours.
I've always used shaving cream - and since was a wet/dry shaver - I opted for using a little cream. Worked like a charm! I could rinse the head easily, manipulate the shaver to get under the nose and upper lip easy enough and it did produce a very nice shave - but I'll say not as close as my "against-the-grain" strokes from the manual razor. Also - I was surprised that it took less time than manual - even on my first attempt.
I've been using the shaver about a week now - and got up the courage to to a dry shave - also had no issues. I'm impressed with how easy it is to use, clean and charge. I have noticed that I have a little trouble on my neck though - kinda around the adam's apple area as the hair grow funny there. That's the only reason for 4 stars vs 5 - still having trouble in that area.
Overall - if you are looking to upgrade your shaver or just want to try an electric model - this one's for you. By the way - a shave seems to use about 10-15% of the battery - depending on how quick you are. That said - a 7 day vacation without charging should be easily attainable!

My family's new, favorite gadget!

I knew this would happen. I knew that once we received the new HyperIce - Hypervolt vibration massage device that it would go missing in my house and I would have trouble getting my own time with the device. Yup - that's exactly what happened.
I have teenage sons that love to work-out, lift weights and get buff. They lift hard and come home and talk about how sore they are. Boo Hoo. Always asking for back rubs, leg rubs, etc. Not Any More. Enter the vibration massage unit. WOW. I'll admin it looks a little menacing - almost gun like. However, it runs so smooth, so quiet - so much better than my Dewalt jigsaw with the massage ball attachment. There is no comparison.
It comes with 4 massage attachments to really help get in there when needed. I absolutely love it. It holds a charge for roughly 2 hours - which is ample time to massage several people. It feels great on the back, neck, legs, arms, feet - just stay off the head and those boney areas.
If you're an athlete that needs a good, penetrating massage or even if you are an office worker with shoulder and neck stress - you are going to LOVE this device.
I don't give 5 stars very often at all - but this device rates HIGH on both mine and my family's list. You won't be sorry.

Are these noise cancelling for gyms that play really loud music?
These are PASSIVE noise cancelling - meaning the tighter you make the fit - the better the noise cancelling will be. Active noise cancelling uses battery power to help mask sounds - the JBL Free X version DOES NOT do that. Likely you will be able to hear a little of the loud music...

Well....stereo sound REQUIRES a Left and Right channel. This headset can work with just one earpiece - the RIGHT one, as the left earpiece depends on the right earpiece. So YES, you can use one earpiece, but you won't have stereo sound....

Yes - but they will work with only one phone at a time. This is standard for bluetooth technologies. You may find that if both phones are in the room and you power up the headphones, it may connect to the wrong phone. You'll have to forget the device or disconnect from them if that happens.

This is a 12lb vacuum - so not the lightest but it's also a combination upright, stick and hand vacuum. You can separate the pieces to make it lighter to carry - one in each hand - and can even vacuum like that. I think it's pretty powerful for being electric - and states it can run up to 50 minutes on a charge.

How do I access my applications after I’ve installed Office 2019?
Once Office 2019 is installed, icons for the office products will be in your Windows start menu - and you can pin to the taskbar or desktop if you like. Does this help I'm not sure what you're asking....

Yes - you can transfer or move a purchased software from one computer to another - providing them meet the requirements of the application (like OS version, etc).

All depends on the speed of your internet connection and the speed of your computer. You'll need Windows 10 or one of the latest 3 version of Mac OS though...

What is the difference between Office 365 (subscription) and Office 2019 (one-time purchase)?
Office 365 is constantly evolving and adding new features. Office 2019 is a point-in-time snapshot of the O365 applications.
