Pro Coffee in your kitchen

I have the usual coffee pod machine at my home. This machine does what a regular coffee maker does and more. I am not talking about functions—I am talking about how this machines MAKES ME want to do more.
First, let me warn you, from a regular non-cooking savvy, non coffee aficionado type of person, this machine can be overwhelming. It is—the knobs, the look, the components of the machine. I did not want to touch it at first. The instructions manual was not that much helpful too—to be honest, the machine itself just has a lot of components—it WAS scary.
However, I started watching a youtube video on how things like these work, then I became more conscious of how my regular Starbucks barista does my white mocha—this machine is NOT complicated at all! It does have a steeper than usual learning curve but, hey, now I want to do my own coffee.
It has so much flexibility on what you can do. Again, let me be clear, it is not just the functionality of this machine. In fact, I just ordered ingredients on how to make my own white mocha. It makes me want to do my own and even serve coffee to my household.
At the cost of this machine vs. the amount of coffee my GF and I buy—in two months I break even. In my third month, I am drinking good coffee for “free!”
It is not a simple tool and will require some knowledge but once you unlock those skills, man, Starbucks will be a thing of the past!

Great Value PA system

I think this speaker is a steal. It is not a high-end brand or has exceptional audio quality but the value of it is the winner.
It is loud, it has good weather proofing and it functions like most Bluetooth speakers plus more. The music itself does not have that much crisp and the bass needs a little punch on the real low-end (think Cypress hHll type of bass). Do not expect Bose audio quality-- however, it compensates on a lot of other things.
It is not light but is easy to transport. It has the stroller handle and the wheels that roll it are of good quality.
It has a microphone with it. So it can be a good PA. The microphone itself is a little subpar—so don’t judge the vocal quality with the included mic. The mic is not bad but it can be better. So, I tried a Shure beta mic with it and it makes a lot of difference. For karaoke purposes, this one does the job.
Bluetooth connectivity is easy. And I do not hear crackles or drops even at a 20 feet distance. I did not try going further but I don’t think it will be a problem.
It has good battery life at least for my usage. At 3 hours, it was still at 1 bar on the meter. I am not sure if I just did not charge it well, but I don’t think I will use it for over 3 hours unplugged. (plus, I do not have over 3 hours availability to keep the music at a considerable volume up so I don’t have the chance to really test the battery yet).
Overall, it is a good PA speaker. I can use it for speaking engagements, regular Bluetooth music (especially outdoors!) and karaoke. For most users, this one is all you need.

I have a different brand pressure cooker before this and I can say, this one is way better. My other one was good too but this one already has certain features that make it an awesome standard for a multi-cooking machine.
First of all, this one has multiple functions. I do not have a lot of counter space, so having just one pot to cook rice, airfry and pressure cook is very important. The size is just right. The 8-quart size is perfect for larger meats. I purchased a pressure cooker before because I wanted to be able to cook frozen meats. However, since ribs off the shelf are usually long, I have to manage cutting it up in more parts. For the typical 6-quart cooker, it is hard to fit a slab of ribs. With this one, I only have to cut the ribs with less pieces, so the size is perfect.
Controls are easy, it’s like the new luxury cars with that dial. Pretty straightforward. Build and design looks sturdy too so it’s something nice I can keep on top of my counter.
So I tried the airfryer—sweet potato fries. Washed the potatoes, cut ‘em up and placed them in the basket. Super simple—and the kids loved it. Plus, no guilt from serving them "fried" food-- it's healthier!
I also cooked some ribs soup. Placed a whole slab in there, cut up in 3 equal parts, frozen. In 45 minutes, the meat was falling off the bones. Everything is so simple. And you can say, it is a pressure cooker, so that’s expected. But what I liked about this one is, when I was depressurizing the container, the top valve hardly spewed out any liquid. My other pressure cooker spills liquid everytime I depressurize the lid. This one was hardly did!
Cleaning was easy too. I think that’s another good thing. Plus, you can order some other accessories for other types of cooking.

So simple and easy to use

I am not a fan of dashcams except after using this device. I thought using dashcams just add another device to charge and manage with my car-- I was wrong. This dashcam made it so easy for me to install and use it.
The device itself is nicely made. The build quality of the camera, the screen, and the lens is solid. I was worried that with the California summer, and the camera being left on the windshield, that it can melt or destroy the device. So far, at maybe 150 degrees in the car and the camera left there for hours, it is still fully functional.
The display is small but is easy to read. I wear glasses and sometimes I pull objects back to read them. I know I am used to 5 inch device screens, but menus and the 2.5 inch screen itself is not a hassle to look at and operate.
The phone pairing and app installation is FAST. I have paired a lot of devices on my phone, this is so far the easiest to download and pair, from app to device pairing. Detection is fast and I only needed to press a couple of button presses and everything is working: Live view, file management, etc.
Videos are crisp. I use the the 1080p 60FPS setting. It’s clear—I can easily recognize faces on the recording and plate numbers from a good distance from the front of my car --and the framerate is fantastic!
The internal battery does not last at all. Maybe an hour tops? But that’s why it has the adapter. Good thing the adapter provided has good length so I can easily route it away from sight. And of course, luckily I have a car lighter socket in front of my other car.
Overall it is a good device. I saw some good features such as Alexa and automatic emergency calls and instant recording on impact. Hopefully I would not have to use those features. This should be a great device to use for offroad trails, more than just for emergency situations.

My newest favorite headset!

I have used and owned a lot of headphones. Some of them are high-end with good features, some of them are basic headphones. This one so far is the best.
1) It is VERY comfortable. I will not be able to stress this enough, the second most important to headphones is the comfort. Any good sound is useless if you cannot enjoy wearing them. This one is very comfortable to use. Oh, I forgot my sport headphones one time and ended up using these while I was on the treadmill-- it stays in place and is actually more comfortable to use than my minimalist sport headphones. I was afraid sweat will ruin the cushion-- it seems to hold up well while wet-- I just have no idea how it will hold up in time. But still-- VERY VERY VERY comfortable!
2) The sound quality is great!! Seriously. Extra bass? no problem-- you will really feel the thump on your body without sacrificing the other levels of the sound such as the mids and the highs. Sound is so clear and crisp-- I LOVE it. I lose myself in the music every time I put it on.
3) Phone connectivity is clear on phone calls and music. I have not had drops and I have not heard static or skips even being over 20 feet away from my phone. I now use it for remote phone conferences. I like using the phone with it.
4) The touch features are AWESOME. Gestures and tough features to control volume and navigate the playlist (forward and back) are so far the BEST that I have experienced in my ten headphones or so. Although I have a little bit of issues with pressing play and pause (tends to skip or go back), the touch features are still so convenient that the play/pause issue is not much of an issue. And the "mute" button by cupping your hand over is brilliant by the way, Sony.
5) The app is okay. I hardly have time to tweak the app to conform to my listening preferences. My default settings sound great regardless.
6) Noise cancelling, is good. I won't say a lot about this. I don't think any noise cancelling headphones nowadays are messing up. I think all the other features on this headset are waaaay too good to even notice noise cancelling details.
I am just glad these headphones are so versatile and pretty too. It's my newest favorite and it seems like I will be using this for a long time!

Great addition to my work desk at home set up. Although I only have 1 monitor, I tried putting the other HDMI port to a TV and I did not experience any screen flickering or delays whatsoever. I also tried filling up all the ports, except the LAN, and each peripheral, 1 monitor, 1 TV, 1 mouse receiver and a charging tablet were all functioning well in the 2 hours straight they were all on. Oh and the quality of the main cable connecting to the thunderbolt port is nice (flexibility-wise). Overall a good product. My only concern is, it does not have another Thunderbolt or a USB-C port open. My personal PC is okay because it has two of these ports, so I can connect the charger in the other slot. My work PC though (ThinkPad) ony has one so I cannot charge while using the dock. Still a good one to have for your docking needs.

Complete portable cleaning tool with minor caveats

This vacuum is great, straight from the box. I did not have to read the instruction sheets-- the nozzles and the connectors are easy to understand and the battery power system is quite fool-proof. I already have complete nozzles in the box and the vacuum itself is powerful. For the most part, I don't have to go back to areas I already vacuumed, which makes the cleaning more efficient. Also, cleaning the bin is fairly easy. However, power and versatility has some trade-offs: 1) the main handle is not that light. Not everyone has strong arms so it takes some effort to clean using one arm. 2) The base itself is a little wide. It sure does the job vacuuming cars, especially with the help on the crevice tool. However, the handle is a little wide, making it challenging to perform some tasks between the legroom areas and between seats. 3) You will have to purchase an extra battery pack to make the most out of the system. The good thing I like about this vacuum is the battery pack-- it is easy to charge and is portable. However, for me to have continuous cleaning, I have to have a spare battery purchased-- it is not included in the initial box. It has some power options though, so you can manage your power settings based on your current cleaning need.
Overall it is a great device. It will be your only tool for most vacuuming needs, especially with kids around the house. If you can live with the minor trade offs for power, versatility and flexibility, this can be your go-to cleaning tool.

I initially was wondering why this headset had a bigger base. I mean, the sound quality is great and the chat is crystal clear. Those are the reasons why we get these gaming headsets. It is a little bit of a pain to set up, both hardware and PS4 settings especially that I compared it to some of its competitors, both wired and bluetooth devices. Others simply needed to be plugged in (wired) and others had a dongle that's plug and play (bluetooth) and they all did the same thing. HOWEVER, more than this headset is VERY COMFORTABLE, it stays in place and I can put them on for HOURS, I wanted to understand why I have a bulky base and a little more complicated set up than the rest. So I actually watched real movies and quality documentaries. THAT MADE A DIFFERENCE.
The separation of the voice to the supporting sounds and effects actually put this headset above others. Now I understood why it needed an optical out and a USB connection with that the not-so-big base (vs. a dongle). The quality IS different. I did play Fortnite and NBA 2K19 on both PC and PS4 and did not hear the difference in already good quality. But when I played 4K HDR Dolby and 5.1 on Netflix through PS4, I knew why this product is such. IT IS GREAT. Now I do have Red Dead Redemption 2 but have not continued my story mode in a while which I am sure this Astro will make the difference. It makes me want to play my story mode games again.

My newest first line of automated home defense!

This floodlight camera is great inside out—the device itself has pretty good features and is backed up by an easy-to-use app. First of all, installation is easy. I just installed it on a standard junction box-- the usual ones we have for outdoor lighting. Swann has a youtube video that guided me on the installation, and the wires provided, matched my current (now previous) light wire colors. Then I downloaded the app that helped me pair set it up—which was really easy. The device itself and the app have a good balance of simplicity. I don’t have to figure out how to turn lights on or off manually or activate the siren or use its built-in two-way radio.
Let me tell you, this device is BRIGHT. And the good thing is, I can easily adjust the brightness through the app. The brightness is like daylight—even on a gloomy day. That brightness makes it easier for the video output to be clear. With the google integration, I linked my Swann account to my Google Home. I simply say—“Ok Google, show me swann camera on my TV” and the stream is on my 55 inch TV with good quality!
Motion sensitivity is good as well, and you can adjust its sensitivity in the app. I have not tried the heat sensing—I figured it should be as good. But any detections easily come up as notifications. So I can monitor what it sees. I really like this device. It looks really and sturdy and seems like it could last a long time outdoors. I just got a firmware upgrade as I was setting it up—gives me peace-of-mind that this device will be relevant for a good amount of time. I really like it!

Bluetooth where you need it

I love this product. It enables bluetooth where I need it. 1) From my TV since no TV supports bluetooth transmitting to headphones 2) To a speaker set where one of my PA systems is connected to a non-bluetooth mixer. This device features both receiving and transmitting and it TRANSMITS TO TWO headsets! I can watch TV with someone in the bedroom and not wake up the kids!
Also I like the bypass feature where it converts optical output to an aux-- very helpful when I bring my hack karaoke system to parties since different venues have different set ups.
I only have two issues with this:
a) connecting the two headsets is not easy-- I need to make sure that all other bluetooth devices are off in my immediate area to connect successfully. I had to do it in multiple attempts because even though there are lights that guided me through the pairing process (tx mode), I needed to pay close attention to the headsets to complete a pair. It is not that hard, but it is definitely tricky.
b) Audio quality is average-- it is very headset dependent so do not expect good quality from regular earbuds. On my good headset, the audio quality was acceptable with good stereo effects on an optical output.
So far, I did not experience any drops in connection throughout a couple of movies and episodes that I watched (even when I had to do snack runs in between!) Overall it is a very good device. It is light, complete (especially that it has the wires you need included!), and very versatile.

yes it can. it did have some occasional hiccups on mine though-- i have an 7th gen i5, 16gb memory and a 1050ti. the hiccups was not bad but it is noticeable. if you have better specs than mine, i'm sure it will be great.
