The size is a little bulky but is pretty much the same size as other quality headphones. I think the components were well-thought out. It has a compartment for the USB dongle, the boom mic is nicely incorporated in the headphones. I like it that there are "confirmation" clicks or sounds (even lights) on every action you make, for example the mic snaps in place, or the dongle clicks in, or probably my favorite, is the wireless ON button is sliding, unlike other devices that you push a button and have to wait and see if it turns it on or not. The lighting feature is okay, I don't think I'll ever get to experience it, especially that i don't play in a small dark room. But it's pretty much plug n play with my PS4. I put the dongle in and it recognizes it easily. Per my fortnite buddies, I come in clear. I tried using it on my phone too-- But using the USB dongle (USB C to USB adapter)-- I do come in really loud to the person on the other line-- as in really loud that I don't know how to reduce the volume. My friend had to turn the volume down on her end. Sound quality to be honest is not any different from my other good quality headphones, so I cannot attest to any advantage with this. Sound is simply clean and crisp. After hours of using it, it doesn't hurt or bother me-- no soreness on my outer earlobes. I haven't tried testing the battery life though. I have used it for maybe 10 hours and I seems like it's still going for me. I tried doing a hack on my Sony TV though, if placing the dongle on the TV will make it act like I can listen to the TV with it-- no success. It's okay, it is not made for it. For what I use it for, gaming and even phone conversations while doing my push ups, it's great-- without any connection issues at a good room distance!

It is as fun as a toy but it’s also a pro equipment! I did not expect it to look this good. Just the case where it is housed and the quality of materials of this equipment is of good quality. Everything is neatly compartmentalized for organized storage. It makes it easy to figure out which item is what for setting things up.
However, it takes some playing and tinkering to begin using the Powerray. To be honest, the instructions are not idiot-proof. It explains what is each and how to connect one to another but it does not explain what the function of each is. The guided instructions are not too descriptive either for a non-pro person. I was thinking, I don’t think people without technical acumen will buy an equipment like this anyway. So maybe the instructions itself were just right.
You need to look for the Vision + Android app in the google play store. The iOS app can be found using the QR code but not the android app—it brings you to a webpage where you can get a link—the links do not have it for android. Once the app is installed though, it should pretty much be easy from there. Just make sure you connect to the wifi first of the base station and then the app will connect then you can navigate the powerray using the app.
It’s fun to use. The Powerray is not light so it helps keep it stable in the water. Although I live by the beach—getting it through the waves takes some skill before going deeper. But once you’re in, it’s a little bit of a breeze. The controls take some getting used to but its not hard. It’s practically forward and back and sideways like a regular RC car then the depth. Once you get the hang of it, which is fairly easy, hovering is pretty good, especially when you’re trying to follow fish. (PS, beach fishes aren’t that big but they are fast!) Although I do some photography, I am not an expert on the colors—I have photoshop to help me with it. My friend mentioned something about warm settings etc. Honestly, the device takes good quality photos. I’m sure I just need to fix them post shoot if I want them to look a certain way.
VR goggles add to the fun. I have a pixel 3 and it fits perfectly. I think a 5.5 inch screen phone is perfect for the size. It slips perfectly in the bracket and you get a full picture. Once you put it on, you can really feel like you’re inside the device as it moves underwater. The only downside is you have to be aware of the direction. I couldn’t tell specifically which direction I’m heading. I need the reference of the cable to know if I’m heading farther so I need to look at it from atop the surface

It also has a fishing lure and bait. I’m not a fisher so I didn’t even try that. Maybe when my uncle visits me. For now, it’s a fun device to sight-see underwater and document while you’re at it. It’s definitely a great device to bring on vacations, especially that spring is around the corner!!

Reliable communication source

Tried using this a couple of blocks away from my child's school. I thought it was a good way to communicate with him during the LAUSD strike. It's very reliable, it's compact and I thought it's something that my child could bring. I did not have any concerns with the distance performance, at least on a 600m distance-- no buildings whatsoever. I'm still to use it in my near camping trip, while on the road between two cars and in no signal zones. So far the usb charging and the size makes it easy to carry. It is not made of super high quality materials but the way it is designed makes it sturdy enough to be carried around without worries. I like it and I think every household should have one in tow for emergency purposes.

Compact, fast, portable!

This is great--- It is easy to use-- it is light, it is portable and it scans fast. It might have already replaced my regular printer/scanner. It has what it needs to PDF and recognize / convert text-- at least the software that goes with it. Set up requires really reading instructions but is not hard. After that though, it works like any other scanner-- except that it has all the portability that you need. And of course, it is a receipt scanner-- It bites on any thickness of the receipt and scans it like regular paper. It is precise in scanning and it makes it easy. I'm now actively scanning my receipts just because of this. I love it!

It is compact but is not too small for you to miss it. Set up is easy and the accompanying app is fairly easy to understand for users with some know-how how to navigate device apps. The accuracy is pretty good when I track things. I tired leaving it in my car so I know where I parked in a downtown location. I also tried snapping onto my 6 year olds beltloop. It has better accuracy than a regular mobile phone. I only give it 4 stars though because the battery does not last over a day-- so if I'm leaving my kid somewhere, I need him to charge the device so that I can continuously track him-- which 6 year olds do not really remember doing. I get to use it for finding my car at least. Could be good for parents to keep track of their kids at an amusement park!

Surprisingly fast and very able

I was skeptical when I saw that it is an i3 with only 4gb of memory-- however, it is a legit laptop on its own. I do not have much experience with Chromebooks until this one, but I do have android devices-- I have the pixel 3 and the original pixel, and two android tablets, so the google system is not new to me. I also have multiple laptops-- 8th gen i7s with 16gb memory PCs. This machine can compete with regular laptops. First of all, it is fast-- since chromebooks are like mobile devices on a laptop platform, it is like "over equipping" a machine. Chromebooks are app-based like android mobile devices. So it is not resource hungry. That i3 and 4gb memory is more than enough to run this machine. I open up the flap and it hardly needs any start up time-- it is right in your face ready to be used! Since it is a chromebook, I just sign in to my google account and everything I need is there-- my google sheet files , google docs, my keep notes, even my regular browsing data to pull up easily. On this chromebook, I won't need MS office-- unless I am a very old school user. everything is on the internet and this device brings it all to me. You know what's really good though? I cannot drain the battery at all! On my high-end PC, after 3 hours of use, I need to be mindful of my battery life. In this chromebook, I don't have to worry about battery-- I was switching from youtube tabs on the browser while I browse social media and was researching some items for 3 hours-- the battery meter has not even depleted a bit. It's like sorcery on a man-made machine. Like I said, these things you can do on a mobile phone, or a tablet-- but having the convenience of a dedicated keyboard, a good-sized screen (i mean 14 inches??), I think this is more than enough for regular users. Given that, it is a little bit on the heavy side. For what it can do, it is a little "over equipped"-- but I'm not complaining. It can be something you can carry around with you to get work done, without overspending on power machines. I have not used it for photo editing or gaming-- I think chromebooks are for light to regular users of daily tasks and I think emails, browsing, watching movies and such; this machine is more than ample. Oh, the speakers by the way are not that great-- it can be tingy-- but don't we all have headphones somewhere?-- and those work just fine, like any other laptop. I think this should be a staple for college students.

I have a 6 year old who sleeps on my bed at least once a week. Having the TV near my bed is not helpful to his sleep. This device helps me watch movies at night without having to wake him up. Set up is pretty easy--- I opted for a aux set up on my TV. This way, I do not have to switch settings on my TV (PS. Optical set up will require you to switch settings if you need to use the device)-- on aux setup, the audio signal is continuously going to the headphones so I can pick it up anytime. Signal is great-- while watching, I can get food or go to the bathroom which is a good distance away from the receiver and do not get any drops in audio. The audio is a lot to be desired though-- it is not your top notch high quality booms and crisp dialogue but I can hear the movie just fine. It's not bad at all-- for me, as long as I understand the dialogue and still feel like I am immersed in the movie is all it is.
The headphones themselves are comfortable enough. I don't think I can last over 2 hours on them-- I know they are on and they are soft enough but it's not something I can wear for a long time. Charging is easy-- and it is compact enough to be placed behind my TV. It is a good product; a must have for action-movie watchers at night!

Device is pretty straightforward-- I plugged it in my PS4 and just a few tweaks to settings to automatically place my applications in there. Now I have extra storage on my PS4 for more games and applications and it is safely placed on top of my console. I have not tried attaching it and signing into another PS4 to see if it will work. I have yet to find another PS4 to use. But just for my main console use, I have now extra 2TB of storage on my PS4 Pro! Easy to connect!

Makes video creation so EASY!

I love it that this version makes everything easy. It asks you what you need to do in a very comforting way and it guides you through the process. By the way, I am not a video editor at all. But I have a million videos everywhere. The interface was so easy, I was able to create a 3 minute facebook ready video of an event I had from months back-- IN 20 MINUTES. It helped me import my videos and organize them. It has an easy tutorial video that guided me how I can navigate through the software. It asked me what I wanted to do and in minutes, I have created a video with text and music and all that. I think this is a must for people who have tons of videos you want to share--- and for those who feel like they hardly know how to tinker with things, what's WINNING in this Premiere Elements is the guide and tutorial. I'm glad the company focused on regular people like me!

Easy PC recording solution!

It's almost plug and play-- there are just some things to figure out to tweak settings to your liking but recording is easy-- even without using the PC free option. I have a 7th Gen i5 with 16gb of memory and a 1050ti video card and with lots of SSD space-- and the recording quality is clean at 60fps-- ALTHOUGH i do have some occasional hiccups. I was recording Fortnite on very high settings-- it was decent 80% of the time with occasional freezing. Perhaps if I had an i7 and a better video card it will be different? I am not sure-- but for what I recorded, it did well. One thing that I noticed though is, it does not have to be used for gaming specifically! It can practically record what's happening on your screen-- Do demos, software tutorials, name it. It can do those too. So gaming, maybe can be resource heavy especially on epic settings at 60fps 1080p (thus my little hiccups), but for other things, I am sure this device is capable.

Can this run fortnite in epic settings
yes it can. it did have some occasional hiccups on mine though-- i have an 7th gen i5, 16gb memory and a 1050ti. the hiccups was not bad but it is noticeable. if you have better specs than mine, i'm sure it will be great.
