As a prior Dyson air purifier owner, I can attest to the build quality, health benefits and overall effectiveness of owning a Dyson Purifier/Humidify/Cool unit. The PH04 gives you all of the abilities of the past models with the added benefit of detecting and destroying formaldehyde on sight. In just a matter of mere minutes, you go from a box to operating your unit. The included setup guide clearly illustrates how to assemble your unit and configure it for use with the Dyson app. The Dyson app not only allows you to control your unit, like a second remote, but also displays informative data about the air quality in your area. For those with multiple units, you can add all of your units to the Dyson app and can switch between them to manage each machine individually. This allows you to have different settings for each unit depending on user preference. We decided to put this unit in our home office since we previously didn't have any kind of purification device in that area. After using it for a little over a week, my family is already starting to notice the difference. For the allergy sufferers in the family, this unit has provided some much needed relief. I feel like the amount of sneezing and coughing that I hear from that room has dramatically declined. The air just feels cleaner in that area now. For a while, my wife would bring her work laptop out to the living room to work because the Dyson out there stays on during the day and she could feel the difference in the air quality. The last few days, she has stayed in the office for most of the day and has been very pleased with the upgrade in air quality. Haven't had to clean this unit yet, but it comes with 3 packs of cleaner and the process is illustrated on the documentation. It's the same process I used when cleaning my PH01 so the consistency is very much appreciated. I feel like I can't say enough positive things about this unit. I would say that the only downside is the price tag. Dyson products usually do come with a premium but I'm a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" and with the Dyson Purifier Humidify+Cool Formaldehyde - PH04, you're getting the best!

We've been using the Epson EcoTank ET-3830 All-in-One Cartridge-Free Supertank Printer for a little over a week now and we couldn't be more satisfied with this unit. I've used/owned many different brands of printers over the years with functionality ranging from very basic to enterprise level. The EcoTank ET-3830 is perfect for everyday use in a home computing environment and could possibly perform well as a small office printing solution.
Right out the box, I could tell this unit was packed well. Everything was snug and secure in its designated space. The printer comes as one complete unit, nothing to attach or put together. Also in the box, you should find a power cord, a set of instructions w/installation disc and 4 bottles of ink. The unit has a nice weight to it. Feels pretty sturdy. The unit has a nice size, making it easy to fit it into any configuration you have your pre-existing equipment placed.
Setup was SUPER EASY. Even though instructions were included, I'm confident I could of set this unit up without them. Simply follow the directions included in the packet and you'll be printing in no time. The longest part of the process was the printer alignment part and that was mainly due to examining the printouts to make sure I got the best results. As the name says "Cartridge-Free". The days of removing and installing print cartridges are at an end with this unit. Simply raise the individual reservoir doors and place the bottle on the port and wait for the tank to fill up. It's that easy.
As far as functionality goes, it performs just as well as any All-in-One printer I've had in the past few years. All three functions (printing/scanning/copying) executed exactly how I thought they would. Printouts were quick and those with high amounts of color came out looking pretty decent. Not to much more to say other than, this unit does what it advertises.
So, a couple of complaints, and these are very minor, but these were just some things I noticed. The LCD screen on the front is not a touchscreen. This is NOT a deal breaker what-so-ever, but for almost $400, a touchscreen would of been pretty cool. Also, for those of you that wish to set this printer up over ethernet or USB, these cords are NOT included. Yes, you can set it up wirelessly, but for people like me that still like a USB cord connecting your printer to your desktop, you'll either be ordering one or going through your stash of cables to find one. Also, NOT a deal breaker, just a preference.
Overall, the Epson EcoTank ET-3830 All-in-One Cartridge-Free Supertank Printer is a pretty solid unit for the price point. Over time, I'm hoping to see that the amount of money I spend on replacement ink is a lot lower in comparison to printers I've had that required ink cartridges.

Currently using this laptop as a gaming/office pc for when I'm traveling for work and still want to get some gaming in during my free time. Not only does the ASUS - ROG Strix G15 Advantage Edition meet my needs, but I have to say that it actually exceeded my expectations as a gaming laptop.
The build quality is impressive. It arrived all nice and snug in it's box, which was undamaged (big ups to my local postman). While removing everything from the box I noticed it came with 2 extra swappable accent trims, which made me happy because I really wasn't feeling the red one that was already installed. The translucent one looks WAY better to me. Machine has a nice weight to it. Not too heavy but not a feather weight like some of these PCs are now. Feels pretty durable. It's not made of metal but still has that solid feel.
The screen quality is amazing. I've had HDTVs that haven't looked this good. The colors on this thing are beautiful making every background come to life. My only complaint about the screen is I wish it was bigger!
If you're a fan of a light show, go no further. The ASUS - ROG Strix G15 Advantage Edition has what you're looking for. The RGB on this thing is nice. Not only is the whole keyboard done, but around the rim of the casing is lit up as well. Still playing with the settings to get a color scheme that I really like.
The initial setup was straightforward and pretty typical to other machines I've setup. After all of the Asus stuff completed, I started the painful task of getting Windows Update happy with itself. Just a lot of downloading, installing and restarting. Once that was done, I began loading software.
As for an office computer, it's complete overkill: 16GB of RAM, which is upgradable (nice touch as some laptops are know to solder the RAM), 512GB SSD (also upgradable) and the AMD Ryzen 9-5900HX perfect for gaming or checking my Outlook calendar. The specs are far better than any PC I use while in the office. Then again, I just use those so I can remote to my servers and really get to work. Loaded it with a few things: MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, iTunes(need my music) and a few other things and it's the best office laptop ever.
Now for the gaming, I currently split my PC gaming between a Alienware M17 gaming laptop and my big rig is a HP Omen 880-xxx desktop with all the fixings. Both of which have served me well. This was my first ASUS gaming laptop and to be honest, I really didn't know what to expect. I've heard mixed reviews, but that's with anything nowadays.
Currently running FFXIV and I have to say, everything looks gorgeous. The game ran smoothly without any stuttering. Load times were lightening fast. Rendering was perfect. It just didn't feel like I was playing on a 15.6 inch laptop. I was thoroughly impressed with the gameplay. Connected my DS4 controller to give the game that familiar PlayStation feel and it operated beautifully. When I say, "I'd recommend this to a friend" I mean I actually let a friend (more like a brother) play on it for a few days (we both play FFXIV) and now he doesn't want to play on his laptop anymore. He noticed that much of a difference.
As far as sound is concerned, nothing spectacular but not a disappointment either. The speakers on this laptop serve their purpose. While gaming and watching videos, primarily on YouTube, I was able to enjoy uninterrupted sound that, as far as my ears are concerned, was what I would expect from laptop speakers.
Haven't had the chance to really test the battery life yet. The longest this thing has been unplugged is when it's shut down and not being used. I prefer running off the cord when possible and lately all times have been possible.
One of the biggest questions about gaming laptops, the cooling. I can report that this machine does a good job at that. Temps on the CPU and GPU stayed around 80ish and the unit itself never felt like it was getting too warm. I usually use a laptop cooler, force of habit, even when I don't require it. I figure the more air moving around, the better. I will admit, I played the first few days without it and felt that I really didn't need it, so that was nice.
My only complaint and although it's not a deal breaker, it is an inconvenience - No webcam. Usually, I wouldn't care, but since I use it for work stuff, I'm unable to do video calls, which apparently everyone loves now. If I didn't use this machine for work, I wouldn't care one bit. Nothing that Logitech can't fix for me.
Overall, I'm impressed with ASUS - ROG Strix G15 Advantage Edition. If you're looking for a gaming laptop and don't want to break the bank, ASUS has something for you.

Right out the box, this felt like a strong and sturdy unit. Product has a nice weight to it. It's actually made of metal where a lot of these units are usually made of plastic.
Setup was pretty straight-forward. Pull the unit out the box, remove the plastic covering off of the filter and you're ready to go. I've concluded that I really don't require the app, but it is helpful to get the full experience out of the machine. Setup wasn't too difficult. Getting the unit synced up with the wireless router took a little longer than expected. Ended up having to go through the process a couple of times before successfully connecting everything. I leave the unit on Auto and that seems to work best. It ramps up when it needs to and even at full speed, it's not as loud as other units I've owned. Not having to manage yet another remote is nice, since I can manage the full functionality from my phone.
We decided to put this unit in our bedroom to help filter the air we breathe while sleeping. Within the first couple of nights, there was a noticeable difference in the quality of air in our bedroom. This thing can clean air. My wife usually keeps a Glade plugin, or two, in our room to give the air a nice fragrance. I can't even smell them anymore. The unit completely removes the fragrance from the air. Also, any smells that creep into the bedroom from maybe the living room or kitchen are met with an immediate ramp up of the unit and a subsequent crisp, clean smelling bedroom. This thing is great. I've noticed that the sneezing and coughing I usually do in the morning, no doubt due to all of the contaminants and allergens that I breathed in the night before, have all but stopped since using the 280i.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with the performance of the Blueair 280i. It's very easy to use and maintenance looks to be a simple task as well. It's not overly noisy and it operates efficiently in the environment that we have placed it in. Other than the occasional WIFI hiccup, this is one of the best purifier units I've ever owned and I would definitely buy Blueair again.

I've been on the look out for a mechanical keyboard for a while with Cherry keys and back-lighting. Compared a few brands, but this Alienware AW410K delivers everything I was looking for in a name that I'm familiar with. I've owned/used other Alienware products in the past, so I was pretty sure that I would be getting a quality product, and once again, they did not disappoint. It has everything I've been looking for in a new keyboard: programmable lighting for all keys, Cherry MX Brown switches, controls media (nice add) and USB. Can't get enough of that "click-clack" sound while typing. Even though this is a gaming keyboard, I find myself using it more for daily activities like answering emails and typing up reports (when I work remotely). You can adjust the tilt on it per your preference. I've seen similar keyboards come with a wrist rest. I wish this one did, but I won't hold that against Alienware. Overall, I'm very happy with the performance of this product.

After using our Chefman CHEF IQ 10 Quart Multifunction Air Fryer Oven for a little over a week now, I have to say that our family is very pleased with it's performance. We previously owned a simple Chefman Air Fryer and wanted something with more functionality and more room for cooking. We found that and more in this item. This item can be used as an Air Fryer, a Dehydrator and an Oven. Making it a triple-threat in a kitchen if you are low on space due to having multiple appliances performing the same duties.
I really like that fact that it has trays. I can cook different things at the same time without worrying about everything being mixed together. After use, the trays weren't to hard to clean. I might line them with foil next time to see if that makes a difference.
Reheating things like leftover pizza tastes so much better in the Chefman compared to a microwave oven. You get that crispiness to the crust that can only be achieved using an oven. Plus you don't have to heat up the entire kitchen by turning the oven on.
Pretty much anything that comes from your grocery store's freezer section can be prepared as if you used your conventional oven. The air fryer setting is perfect for snacks like french fries and other misc finger foods.
The Dehydrator is a nice touch. We made our own beef jerky. I don't really care for beef jerky, but after eating what came out of the Chefman, I can see that being a new snack to keep around the house. Looking forward to making some dried fruit soon.
Overall, we are happy with our Chefman CHEF IQ 10 Quart Multifunction Air Fryer Oven. It performs as advertised and is very easy to use. There's virtually no setup. Just plug it in, place your food and you're ready to go!

After using my Zenbook for a little over a week now, I have to say I'm pretty pleased with it so far. Probably the lightest laptop I've ever owned but it still feels sturdy and well built. After letting the battery charge for a while, I opened it up and pressed the power button and it was ready to go. Just a few setup steps to go through, the regular first time Windows 10 stuff. After some Windows updates and installing some virus protection, I use Norton, I was ready to start using my new Zenbook.
Keyboard feels nice. I like that you can change the level of light that comes from the keys or turn it off completely, depending on your preference. Wish it was a full-sized keyboard (numpad included), but I've been spoiled by larger laptops so it's no big deal.
For a 14-inch screen, everything was exceptionally clear. Loaded a few photos from my camera to use a background pics and they looked phenomenal on it. Videos looked great as well.
Camera works well. Had a Zoom call with a few friends the other night and didn't have any problems. Haven't set up the facial recognition for login yet. Still kind of old fashioned and prefer a password, but I may give it a try soon.
Sound is acceptable. Wasn't expecting music studio level sound from this machine. When using the sound from the speakers, it's clear and loud enough to not be drowned out by competing noise. I've been using my Bluetooth set anyway, which was super easy to pair and start using.
Haven't really pushed this machine further than just web-surfing, email and streaming services. It handles all three exceptionally. This will probably turn into the road trip laptop. Something small to use at the hotel for a night or two.
In conclusion, if you're looking for a laptop that's on the smaller side, look no further than the ASUS Zenbook. You'll get all of the functionality you get by having a laptop while enjoying the size/weight you'd get out of some of the bigger tablets. Great for the casual PC user in you home.

As a first time user to any appliance in the Dyson lineup, let me first start by saying I'm impressed. Right out the box, I could feel that this was a sturdy unit. So many appliances these days are constructed using cheap/flimsy materials. That is not the case with this one. The assembly was straight forward and within a few minutes I was looking for the perfect place to setup my Dyson Air Purification unit and give it a go. We set it in our living room in a location which allows airflow to the dining room as well. It cools both rooms well and provides a nice breeze while either eating meals or watching tv. I've used an array of purifiers, humidifiers and fans in the past, but never all in the same device. After using it for a little over a week, my family is already starting to notice the difference. For the allergy sufferers in the family, this unit has provided some much needed relief. I really don't know how to say it, other than the air just feels cleaner. There are settings on the remote, which is built well, to enable auto cooling and humidifying control. Just using those alone has made a drastic improvement in the air quality in our apartment. I haven't had a chance to download the app yet, but from what I've read, it operates flawlessly as a second remote and monitoring system. With the Spring/Summer months upon us, I'm hoping this unit will limit the amount of sneezes, coughs and overall discomfort that the nice weather often brings with it for those that suffer like we do. Haven't had to clean this unit yet, but it comes with 3 packs of cleaner and the process looks to be pretty simple. Looking forward to seeing how effective this unit is with giving my family cleaner air to breathe.

I've owned a few different brands of blenders over the years and have never had a problem with any of them, but they all pale in comparison next to this one. This is my first Vitamix and now I've been spoiled for life. Right out the box, I could see that this blender was very sturdy. It has a nice weight to it and the build quality is impressive. Very easy to use. Plug it in and press the power switch on the side and it's ready to go. Made daiquiris over the weekend. First time I've made homemade daiquiris that didn't have those pesky pieces of ice that did get fully processed. We also made some broccoli cheddar soup that may have replaced Panera Bread's for us. All of the ingredients were blended excellently. Noise level during use is also less than other brands that I've used in the past. Clean up with this thing is a breeze. I've noticed with other models, where the blades are lower, there is a tendency for ingredients to get caked under the blades, making cleaning more difficult. That's not the case with this one. Looking forward to seeing what else we can make with this thing.

This is my first time using the Adobe Photoshop Elements Suite. I have a pretty nice camera and take a lot of pictures at family/friend/work events. I've always heard great things about Adobe's photo editing software so I thought I'd give this one a try. First, installation was easy. Downloaded the .dmg file from the website, I have a Mac, and installed the software. Took no longer than 10 mins. The layout is pretty intuitive. Navigating the different menus was a breeze. Sometimes it feels like you need to use the software for a few years to figure out what things mean. That was not the case with this one. In the photo editor, there are three levels of which you can perform editing. Ranging from pretty basic to expert, depending on your skill level and familiarity with the software. After looking at a few of the editing tutorial videos, I decided to import a few photos and see what I could do. I have to say, I was pretty impressed. With minimal experience, I was able to transform some photos into better versions of themselves. I can see that I'll be getting plenty of use out of this software in the coming months with the holidays right around the corner.
