Perfect for Busy Person Lifestyle

I went into this test with trepidation - a battery-powered device with spinning pads and how could something so lightweight clean effectively.
I came away very surprised after a week of testing and ownership.
This device is so simple to use - charge it up before first use - following directions on mixing cleaning solution - and then clean.
What I discovered was that even my "clean" house needed several passes (over several days) to bring my floor to a high level of clean and feel. One use is not going to clean as well as you'd like - it is much like using a robot vacuum - first and second uses will leave you wondering why you paid what you did for the device.
The key with this device (and the robot cleaner reference I used), is to live with it and to use it regularly. This device saves time and will leave you WANTING to clean floors. With each use the floor leaves less brown nastiness on the pads and you will start getting the floor to just be a proper clean. Then you can just do weekly or more as you like to maintain (instead of spreading dirt from one place to another).
I highly recommend this to people who are busy and/or who hate to do floors. It holds a charge and just makes doing floors nearly effortless. Cleanup of the pads is easy per the instructions and I even found hand washing with laundry detergent and hanging to dry works as well.
Two sets of two pads are provided - a "scrubby" one which I used from the outset and a softer one that I now use to maintain the clean which I've achieved.

This is one serious keyboard that reminds me of how good keyboards used to feel when IBM keyboards were the standard when personal computers were just starting.
There is something delicious about a mechanical keyboard - if you complain that they are noisy then you have no business buying or using one. These types of keyboards are for serious users.
INTERESTING POINTS
DOWNLOAD THE CORSAIR UTILITY FIRST! This allows you to customize individual keys - you can create a static color instead of the alternating colorization patterns. I set my board to have ice blue backlighting with selected keys in red. Also with the "Corsair Utility Engine" you can see the temperatures of system components which is nice to spot check eliminating the need to have a separate program to monitor the system and one for the keyboard.
I highly recommend this as a keyboard that doubles as a gaming one with superb responsiveness in typing as well as configuration for gaming. It is well worth the price!

Good sound - expandable speaker chain

I've tested quite a few bluetooth speakers and have found them to be quite limited in sound since you rarely can chain together speakers to distribute around oneself like you can with wired speakers.
That has changed.
This is a portable, battery powered speaker which also has a limited light show capability; having the larger version at hand that is newer and has a broader and more fascinating light show, I wasn't distressed as I treated the SONY SRS-SBX31 - "31" model as the primary speaker and this "21" as a secondary speaker.
Having selected the "31" speaker as the primary speaker, I chained these two speakers together by selecting the "wpc" button - first on the "31" and then on the "21" speaker (the smaller one I am reviewing here), and after a while the sound was coming from BOTH speakers! I say a while because it took longer than expected and I thought it hadn't worked at first.
The quality of the sound is very good and you can adjust the volume on this speaker (and the primary one) independently.
If you are looking for a companion to the "31" speaker, t his provides a wonderful and less expensive addition for a sound to surround you - not just coming at you.
I highly recommend this on its own or paired with another SONY speaker that has the WPC chaining feature.

I had never had an electric toothbrush before this acquisition and had no preconditions as to how such a brush would perform.
Before the first use I charged the unit and then when it was ready, I used it. I was not prepared for the sense of vibration that I encountered, but after a while, I found that sensation tolerable and not oft-putting.
I found this easy to use and the cleanliness feeling was fresh and pleasant. I did not find the brush to be bulky - something that I had worried about before using.
I highly recommend this brush as it is quite effective in its intended task.

Bulky and limited use ability

I was surprised how clunky this system seemed to be - after installing this on the door, it stuck out like a sore thumb - very disappointed.
And this is really limited on usage - if I lock my door as I always do on the main knob, I still have to unlock this device so it saves me no time from the old way which used the same key as the knob.
Operationally, this seems nice if you want to keep your door knob unlocked so you can allow the codes to be assigned for individual entry (so you can track it), but this defeats having the EXTRA protection of a deadbolt. I love technology, but this really is a let down when the reality of a device that you still have to take two actions to enter a home if you want two locks. This would make better sense if it were part of an integrated door lock set that had knob and handle with the locks for each that could be unlocked and locked simultaneously.
I do like that I can unlock this with a phone from my car, but I still have to insert a key into the door handle - which really saves no time and is a far more expensive option than a deadbolt with a lock with a matching key. I literally saved no time entering my home considering I have to fiddle with the phone in the process to unlock.
Consider this ONLY if you want to track entry - but you will still have to give those people a key to your home for the handle or knob you use OR you can leave that unlocked and put all your faith on this thing.
I'd rather spend the money for a great quality lock tandem of knob and deadbolt for less money. You will still have to give people your key to enter the building.

I have a new addition to my home that has my office over the new two car garage and this location is unfortunately far away from my linksys wireless router. And while I do get a signal on some of the devices, it is not consistent.
Enter in this wifi range extender - I placed this device just inside the house away from the addition and then tried my wireless devices and "bingo" there was such a wonderful signal - good enough for flawless netflix or other streaming services. Every device that was having issues before the extender no longer had any issues.
I highly recommend this device and I used the wpc button to connect with the linksys wifi router and it functioned near immediately - one try.

This bluetooth speaker sounds amazing - much more bass than in most I've tried. If you are playing just audio clips only, this unit is hard to beat. Also if you like your speaker to have a mini light show while the music plays, this unit has a very nice display with banding around it that changes color and some flashing white lights as well.
I found this unit to connect much easier than some others I've tested to whatever you have.
This unit had a nice blue material covering it and it seemed to be of a higher quality than others I have tested. It looked much sharper than I was expecting.
The unit is much larger than some speakers and is also heavier - but it does make up for this heft with superior sound. Plan on charging this for five hours to get a full charge.
And now for the "but"... I continued to have problems using this to watch videos and to use as a speaker for this - only once did I "accidentally" get audio output to sync with the speaking - most times it was like watching a chinese movie with english being dubbed over the original chinese lip movement. I'm sure after practice I will be able to master another audio sync accident, but this performed much worse than cheaper units on sync.

Uncomfortable. Expensive. Weak Sound

I was really looking forward to this headphone.
These are made by Sony and that used to mean that they would be more than competent. They'd be amazing.
The first thing I noticed about these after charging this unit before testing was how utterly uncomfortable these things are to wear. After trying to get these adjusted to actually fit on my head (I'm not a big skulled person), I found these just didn't feel comfortable. Part of the problem is that these are not really over the ear units - they reside on your ear and the shape of the pads is circular and not ear shaped.
I have a current pair of "over the ear" headphones that are made by Insignia and those are roughly half the price of this Sony unit - they are true over the ear and are extremely comfortable and adjust perfected to the human skull. These Insignia units have their own cradle to charge and to store whereas the Sony has a micro-usb charge cable and no place to store and the cable is not very long.
Once again the contrast between the Sony and the Insignia's is remarkble in favor of the Insignia. Volume control for the Insignia is right on the side of the headphone (outside of an ear cover) and all controls and indicator lights are similarly easy to see at one point.
The Sony hides the controls to nearly underneath the ear cover and is difficult to find if it is on your head; the Insignia was remarkably easier.
Sound reproduction wise, the Sony was a real letdown - these sound like a cheap unit and are not better than the Insignia that I have. I cannot think of any reason I'd use the Sony's over the Insignia other than the Sony supposedly has a microphone (the Insignia does not). I did not bother to test the microphone function because I couldn't stand wearing the headphones. The Sony headphones are less bulky than the Insignia, but I don't ever wear headphones because of how lightweight or small they are - I want great sound and comfort - neither of which the Sony has. I'm sure there are very mobile friendly headphones that are more comfortable than this thing.

As a disclosure, I have been using AVG Free for years. It has always worked as advertised and is by itself a good anti-virus program.
As someone who works on computers on the side, particularly working on virus infected systems, the one thing I have noticed is most computers with the big name anti-virus programs are the most often infected units. This is because the programmers who design the viruses seek to disable the top flight anti-virus programs and then have their way with your systems. Without fail, when I get an infected unit in for "virus repair" the system has one of the top three well-known anti-virus programs.
As a user of systems myself, having AVG installed has prevented virus infections and the system does work. I have intentionally wandered into "virus minefields" and the system detects suspect areas and informs me.
It was thus that I welcomed the chance to subscribe to a paid version of this AVG software and it performed as I am used to it performing - well.
This software does offer more than just anti-virus - it has computer tune-up software and other items that work well.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are going to use this software on a phone, you will need to use as your MY AVG account email as the same as your google store email or you won't likely get this to show as activated to "pro"; if you do happen to install using a different email address (like I did on initial install), you can go back and change your MY AVG account email to reflect the Google Play account you have and all systems will be upgraded to the "pro" version.
This is an annual subscription service so be aware that it will expire - but if you are using the other big name services, you are likely already used to an annual subscription service.

Easy set up - easy use

I've wanted a new alarm clock to replace my still running 25 year old bright red LED display clock radio (whose radio functionality has long gone). The alarm is frightening to the point of waking the dead, however.
So here is this wonderful google functionality clock radio with built in temperature display and it is so easy to set up if you have added bluetooth devices to your phone.
Thankfully this has a set of printed instructions (not guaranteed these days!) and if you follow, you will succeed in setting this device up as needed.
Sound is very good and I like how I can voice command setting up alarm and checking weather and can even ask from bed how long it will take to get to work.

I had a tight budget with which to purchase a new laptop - I've been searching for months and nearly purchased a Dell (my preferred brand) on their website.
I happened to shop online at Bestbuy and discovered this computer for $329.99 - it hit every need that i had - and the ram was upgradeable for future needs - it was not a Pentium or Celeron processor which was a plus. Has a fifth gen i3 - and it simply exceeds what I expected at this price point.
I am so pleased with this purchase - the screen does lack a bit on contrast, but when hooked to HD monitor, the monitor resolves that. It streams Hulu and Netflix really well.
For the price, this unit is hard to beat.

Follow up remarks after a week or so of usage

Had purchased a laptop for my niece for Christmas, upgraded her Dell from 4 to 8 gb of ram - had her spare 4 gb ram and replaced the 2gb one in this laptop - performance upgrade was noticeable making laptop now an 8 gb unit.
I was curious about maxing out ram to the 12 gb limit noted and secured an 8 gb stick for $45 elsewhere and installed yesterday. Not as much difference in performance as going from 6 to 8 gb, but it is nice to have the ram at a great price - now unit still hasn't cost me $400 in total costs.
This is a great computer for the price - 5th gen i3 makes a big difference over the i3's from the past that I've used. The more I use this the more impressed I am with it. At this price it even outperforms some computers the company I work for has purchased at double the price.
I would definitely buy this again and another made by Asus.

I found this product to be less than satisfactory for anything but limited use.
First, installation is not intuitive - like some new products, there are NO INSTRUCTIONS - it has something that must be a picture based set of instructions, but it does not give you any clue what to do beyond 1 and 2. It does not tell you what to do next. You will have to go to bluetooth on your device and activate the pairing from a listing. Not sure why this was not mentioned at all. Volume controls are not described at all - they are the - and + signs on the body (in yellow).
Second, sound is okay - that is why I note it is limited. Better than nothing but certainly not great sounding.
Third, no instructions on charging this - there is a piece of ill fitting rubberized plastic at the base that hides the micro usb charging port. You'd think at least it would be labeled or ingrained with "usb".
I guess if you need a portable speaker for some device that is water resistant, this is okay. I wonder why you'd need one since I'd never put anything electrical near water.
I'm over 50 and I see no use for this other than to leave it in a place where I don't have speakers and to use it on a limited basis. Instructions are awful to non-existant and those debits are what bring down this score.
Too cute for its own good.

Since the initial write-up, I have found that this device works fine around the house if I needed to listen to iHeart radio from my tablet. The sound is acceptable and its portability is good though the small yellow cord really is of no use.

The advertisement and stated processor says its a 9th gen i7-9700 however if you click on the pdf information for this computer it states that it is an 8th Gen i7-8700? Also indicates that graphics are onboard and not the GPU?
I have one of these new ones and it is definitely a i7-9700.

No - but when you first use it - go to desktop live tile, use Internet Explorer and download "classic shell" - install the free app - it restores start menu and makes the computer look like Windows 7 and you still have the live tiles to use later as you get used to it.
I've found that on every Win8.1 machine I've had, it far exceeds the speed of Win7. In fact, after using 8.1, 7 seems like Vista.

Made in China and very cheap product - almost all plastic except for metal band inside the frame. Based on reviews I was expecting superb quality - well, this is budget cheap in construction.

Are the PX100 or 200 compatible with windows based PC?
Have an iPhone 3G would like to use the same headphone with my windows 7 computer...I travel so the folding is a great feature...
Works with my windows 8.1 laptop just fine. Just beware that the cord is shortish.
