Great Accessory for Gigabit Internet

I recently updated to Gigabit with Comcast and wanted something to be able to hook my older laptop up and get true gigabit speed and this did the trick! Simple and easy to use I now am getting almost 1000mb a second download speeds! Amazing! Thank you!!

Great TV for The Price

I am pleasantly surprised by my experience so far with the Hisense 65 H9F Series TV. I have generally been one to shy away from cost effective brands and gone for the higher end Sony or Samsung tv's, but I can honestly say that this tv stands up to my Samsung QLED and at a fraction of the price.
The TV itself was easy to setup. I especially liked the plastic handled bag they put the tv in. It can always be tricky getting a bigger tv out of a box, but this made the process easy and smooth. The TV is Android based so you can setup everything in a few seconds through your Android phone. The Google Assistant account on the tv and the remote is a nice touch. I can control the lights in my home, my roomba, and the music, and search for anything on the tv with my voice all with my tv remote now which is pretty fancy. The only drawback in my opinion to an android based tv is they limit certain apps on the TV itself. I have Direct TV Now and I'm not able to actually download the AT&T app on my tv, I have to use a Roku in order to get it to work. Not a big deal, but would be more convenient if they just allowed all the different network apps like Amazon Prime, At&T and Xfinity etc. The software on the tv is slightly buggy, it does crash every once in a while during browsing, but that can probably be fixed in future firmware updates. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the tv has 4gb of internal storage which is way more than most people will need.
The picture itself is crisp and clear and the settings out the box really aren't bad. I settled on Standard tv because the skin tones look the best imo. I usually always check rtings.com/tv for the tv I own and they always have settings for the tv model you have that are calibrated to better colors. The sound on the tv is especially well done and I was impressed by how loud the tv got during a netflix viewing.
The thing that impresses me most about this tv is theres a ton of inputs. 4 Hdmi and old school component along with USB 2.0 and 3.0 jacks. For a sub 1000 dollar tv you really can't go wrong here. The Hisense offers incredible value imo compared to other brands. I am happy with this tv as I was with the 2500+ dollar QLED I bought last year and thats saying something. I would definitely recommend this tv to anyone who's looking for an affordable and beautiful sub 1000 dollar TV.

Great Sound Quality with a Small Problem.

Being new to the Definitive Technology brand I was eager to see how well the 5.1 Channel Soundbar System with 8" Wireless Subwoofer stacked up against my current 15 year old Infiniti 3.1 Tower Speaker/Reciever Setup. Soundbars are sleek and sexy and I get the appeal, so I was eager to see if It could replace my current setup
I have to say that this soundbar was probably the easiest electronic device I've setup in a long time. It took less than 3 minutes to setup, very impressive. And the felt wrapping on the speaker, subwoofer and remote was a nice touch. Probably one of the nicer looking and designed remotes I've seen in a while, although its lacking a bluetooth pair button, which I'll get to later.
The sound quality is top notch on this unit, while it isn't "true" 5.1 it does a great job of encompassing you in the action with the way the speakers deliver the sound. I watched a few movies and played Apex Legends on it and the sound was very impressive. Music sounds great as well. I quickly switched back and forth between my speakers and the soundbar while playing bluetooth music and my wife preferred the soundbar over the towers. I had to agree with her in that department.
The ONE issue I have with this device is that it is not bluetooth phone friendly. I listen to alot of music during the day through spotify and youtube and primarily through bluetooth speakers. Any other bluetooth speaker in my house when I turn it on it immediately pairs with my phone, or if I click on the device in my bluetooth settings it will pair. With this soundbar I have had issues. Every time I want to use the device with my phone I have to physically walk over to the speaker and hit the pair button on the soundbar itself to get the device to connect to my phone. If i turn on the soundbar it doesn't auto connect and if I go to my bluetooth settings it wont pair either. I HAVE to get up and physically touch the button every time when I initially turn it on. And there is also not a bluetooth pair button on the remote itself. Now that may not seem like a big deal, but when a 50 dollar JBL speaker can do it, and every other bluetooth speaker I own can do it, a 1500 dollar Soundbar should be able to do it as well. I shouldn't have to get up out of my chair to connect my device. I do see there is an ability to update firmware with this device so I'm hoping that down the line they fix this issue.
Other than that one issue I really am happy with the soundbar. It has fantastic sound quality and an insane amount of clarity and power and it will be in my family room for years to come.

Amazing Recovery Product!

I've seen the Normatec machines used by Lebron and other high performance athletes so when I had the chance to try this product out and give my honest opinion I welcomed it with open arms. The Normatec Pulse uses air compression on your legs in order to reduce soreness and promote blood circulation and rejuvenation. The day these came in I had just done a 5k so I figured it would be the perfect test. Initial setup is easy and takes less than a minute or two to get up and running. I did a 1 hr cycle while I rested on my couch and honestly it reminds me of a big blood pressure machine lol. The chambers fill up and reduce air in different phases and you can select which areas you want to target. The one thing I did notice is for me being 6'1 the legs fitting don't go all the way to my butt, so it wasn't able to target my glutes where I feel the most soreness generally from squats. After the 1 hr session my legs felt slightly different at first but where I noticed it most was in the recovery the next day. Little to no soreness at all in my legs which is very unusual for me. I feel like this is a game changer for me in the recovery aspect. I am going to use this now for every Marathon and 5k I run and it will really allow me to be a better athlete.
One thing I will note is that for almost 1300 dollars they could have provided a carrying case of some kind to store the product. Once you're finished using it it is bulky and not easily put away and the cord itself is thick and cumbersome. So if there was anything I would change it would be that. All in all though I definitely recommend this product!

These Bose noise cancelling headphones are everything you've come to know and expect from Bose products. They're sleek, comfortable and produce great noise cancellation and crisp, rich sound. I had the chance to test these out recently on a plane trip to see how they would compare to my older Bose headphones and I loved them! The bluetooth compared to an old 3.5mm is a nice upgrade. The headphones ear covers are very soft and comfortable and allow you to wear them for a long time without getting overheated. The sound is incredible and the noise cancellation worked great on the flight. The battery life is a cool 20 hours and a voice will tell you how much is remaining when you turn them on! I haven't had the chance to use them for a phone call yet but its nice they have those capabilities! All in all I would highly recommend these for anyone thats looking for a great pair of noise cancelling headphones. Bose is the way to go!

Cleanest my mouth has ever felt after a Brushing!

I had heard about the Waterpik system and was curious to try it out for myself. The Waterpik Sonic Fusion is a rechargeable toothbrush and flossing combo. Setup was relatively painless I was ready to go within a few minutes. I'll be honest, the first time I used it I got water everywhere. I was definitely not used to using the flossing feature at all. But after about a week or so of use I really have gotten the hang of flossing and brushing at the same time. My mouth feels remarkably clean afterwards, like I just went to the dentist office for a cleaning. The water in the container needs to be switched out every few days, but I was able to fill it up while brushing attach it back on and then immediately flossing without missing a beat, so refilling isn't a hassle at all. The only thing I will say is a little bit of a pain is the cord attached to the toothbrush is hard to curl back up and after a week or so of use I have blackish material forming underneath the base of the brush itself from it being wet when being stored. So you just have to make sure you dry it off before you put it back in its holder. All in all I would definitely recommend this toothbrush to anyone whos looking to get an all in one flossing combo. My mouth feels very clean all the time now and I really enjoy using this toothbrush.

Great set of Headphones for the Serious Gamer

I had heard about Astro Gaming's quality headsets but never really wanted to spend the extra money, but man am I glad I finally did! This headset is AMAZING! Compared to my old Logitech these things blow them out the water. The presentation is amazing and they really feel like a quality set of headphones. They are a bit heavier than normal headphones but you get used to that within a few minutes. The ear pads are very very comfortable and don't make my head get overheated like others. Playing Apex legends on these headsets I could hear where everything was coming from. They are very good at differentiating distance so I could tell when enemies were close or far which is very helpful for First Person Shooters. The Mixamp is probably a little bit more customization then I really need, but I could see how they would be useful if you're a streamer. The headphones come with a Dolby Atmos subscription which is a nice touch. Listening to audio on my pc the headphones sound really nice as well and them being wired allows you to use them with other devices like an older iphone or Xbox or PS4 just simply by using the 3.5mm jack. Another feature is they're moddable and the pieces can be switched out magnetically which I thought was pretty cool. All in all I would highly recommend these for the serious gamer in your life, they're really well made headphones and will probably last for years to come on future systems so they're definitely worth the investment.

The Best Smart Vacuum I've Ever Owned...Period!

So over the last few years I've been let down by smart vacuums because my experience with other brands has been lackluster. I've tried a Samsung, a Neato and have not come away impressed. The Samsung didn't have any room mapping and broke down after 6 months and the Neato while it did have room mapping missed alot of dust, debris, and hair on the floor and its navigation around the room left alot to be desired.
Enter the IRobot Roomba S9550 and it's a whole different ballgame. This thing is a BEAST! It does the job a way a smart vacuum is intended to operate in my opinion. The Roomba is actually "smart" and does an amazing job learning the environment without getting stuck or crashing into things. My dogs will walk by it and stop for a second and it'll rescan and keep going. It does an incredible job of picking up crumbs and dog hair off the floor and especially circling around things and picking up dust that normally my regular vacuum couldn't reach. It has a side brush as well that was flicking stuff out from under my baseboards it worked so well. The Roomba is also very agile. The neato never made it under any of my chairs and the Roomba handles them effortlessly. The roomba will also vacuum over a room and then go back and hit the edges with the side brush to make sure its gotten all the dust in the cracks. I also especially love the Canister that it empties into. These vacuums can get quite full rather quickly so not having to worry about emptying it everyday is a nice touch. Also the app is very intuitive and I like that it will tell me when my brushes need to be serviced or the canister needs to be emptied. You can also tell the Roomba to only clean certain rooms.
All in all this vacuum is 100% worth the price of admission in my opinion. It does a fantastic job of picking up any and all pet hair and really does a good job of learning and understanding your rooms more so than any other brand I've ever used. I would highly recommend this vacuum to anyone, its the real deal!

Highly Impressive Smart Home Lock

I recently installed the Yale Assure Lock Touchscreen in my home and I couldn't be happier with the results. Setup was quick and easy, I do recommend downloading the app first because it has a lot of step by step instructions with videos and prompts that made things super simple. Installation took about 20-30 minutes and was very straightforward. The lock and the August connect system setup with zero issues. The Yale Touchscreen lock is very impressive. I love that I can customize codes for different people along with locking and unlocking the lock directly from my smart phone. The touchscreen is responsive and easy to use. Shortly after installing I left to go to the grocery store and when I left I realized I forgot to lock the front door and sure enough it showed green on my phone and I locked it through my Phone while at Publix, if thats not convenient I don't know what is. The august connect system also allows you to install a flush door mount magnet to detect if the door is open or not which is something generally reserved for security systems so I like that added feature. Now I don't ever have to worry about forgetting my keys, or being locked out of my home because you forgot to grab the garage door opener out of your car when you take it to the shop (it's happened). Couple this lock with a Video Doorbell system and UPS can now put packages inside my home and I can lock the door behind them, works like a charm! I really cant recommend this lock enough if you've thought about adding a keypad to your front door just do it, you won't regret it!

Great Smart Home Doorbell!

I recently installed the Skybell Trim Plus Smart Video Doorbell in my home and I couldn't be happier. Setup was quick an easy and only took about 15 minutes total. I suggest downloading the APP first and watching the videos before installing. The setup through the wifi was quick and I didn't have any hiccups at all. Now whenever my doorbell rings I get a notification and it allows me to live video chat with the person at my door. I can speak to them and they can speak to me and it's all surprisingly clear and easy to use. The video is wide angle so you can see everything around the door area. If you couple this product with something like a smart door lock you can have UPS delivery guys leaving packages inside your home when you aren't there. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a Video doorbell for your home.

By now everyone knows about the commuter and defender otterbox series. The otterbox has recently gotten sleeker, shedding alot of the extra bulk from previous generations, so I decided to go with this model for my Iphone 6. It fits the phone nicely, the only gripe I have with the case is there is a little bit of wiggle room at the top kind of like a gap between the hard and soft plastic. I'm not sure if this is true to all the commuters, I may go back tomorrow and try and find another commuter that might fit better.

Opted for the Symmetry

After having this case for almost a week now and the gap between the plastic not going away I decided to go check out the symmetry series. Although it doesn't have the screen protector, and the hole for the Apple logo on the back, I actually feel like the symmetry is sturdier and sleeker than the commuter.
On a side note I spoke with Otterbox about the commuter to see if maybe the case wasn't supposed to have the gap and it was a manufacturing issue. She said they had more than a few reports about it, and that they are looking into whether or not they need to make a change or whether it was a certain supplier that had the error. She told me to hold onto my case and check back in a few months and that if they made any adjustments they would gladly replace it for free. So worst case scenario you buy the case, it has a slight droop in it for a few months while you wait for Otterbox to perfect the case and then you call in and get a replacement for free because they already know about the issue.

Yes it can support up to 5. But with 3 you can cover a 6000sq ft house. So unless you live in a huge house you don't really need more than 3.
