I have owned a handful of PC monitors in my lifetime and have always had a keen eye for sharp image quality that has minimal lag/ghosting plus terrific viewing angles. You will find all those strengths here with the AW2518HF.
The monitor's design has a sleek look with the angular base stand. Bezel all around the display is relatively thin. I can't help but see a futuristic looking monitor here with a definite Star Trek like flair. Contains USB 3.0 ports, HDMI, DisplayPort and a headphone jack.
Overall the design will mostly be very appealing to gamers and looks nice for non gamers too.

The monitor's performance is simply amazing. I supposed it is to be expected in this price range but it is absolutely worth it. AMD's Freesync technology allows for an ideal pairing between monitor and a compatible Freesync video card which allows for a ghost free, 240HZ setup. I tested my setup using Flight Simulator X and Battlefield 1. The 1ms response time combined with 240HZ refresh rate truly makes a difference. I did not notice any screen tearing or lag like with my previous monitors. Liquid smooth in FSX from takeoff to landing. Sky and land terrain scenery is very fluid and multiplayer in BF1 is solid. Under performing in BF1 will never be the fault of this montior. The downside is this monitor type is a TN and not LED backlit. The more expensive Nvidia G-Sync version supposedly has LED.
Final conclusion is that this is a wonderful gaming screen. Theories state under 4ms response time is ideal for competitive gaming and this thing is 1ms. Combining that with the 240HZ, stunning exterior design, and Dell's history of quality builds makes it a purchase you will not regret for sure.

I have owned a fair share of televisions and computer monitors in my lifetime. Sharp image quality, accurate color reproduction and good viewing angles are usually what gets my attention with display screens. Response time is sometimes overlooked and under appreciated and the FreeSync feature with this monitor sure makes a difference.
FreeSync is AMD's version of synching the monitor's refresh rate with your compatible AMD graphics card. This helps to eliminate screen tearing and choppiness which is a big plus for video playback and especially gaming. My past experience with quality monitors always had some slight screen tearing or some lag even though my PC specs were high enough to handle the task. I do not see any tearing of any kind with this monitor utilizing FreeSync.
The AW2518HF's exterior looks very nice with the angular base stand and the bezel appears relatively thin all around. Monitor is certainly not lightweight by any means with a weight of nearly 16 pounds. One thing this display has plenty of is connection ports: 2 HDMI, 1 Display Port, 2 USB 3.0, line-out and headphone jack.
Ultra fast 1ms response time paired with 240HZ equates to fluid videos and images. I like to use Flight Simulator X to test graphics cards and displays as their is constant object movement and high resolution imagery. Landscape and sky textures remained very smooth with no jagged pauses or screen lag. A testament to the monitor's very high performance level.
Overall this monitor is a terrific compliment to any gaming PC with its minimal 1ms response time and 240HZ refresh rate. Alienware gaming has teamed with Dell to deliver some impressive hardware to dominate high end PC games and this monitor only helps with that cause.

I used mainly AMD processors in my early computing life due to their outstanding performance per dollar compared to Intel chips. Despite the outstanding value, AMD's recent best processors could barely compete with lower end Intel Core I series...until now. AMD's Ryzen series can confidently go up against Intel's middle of the pack to upper tier level of processors and that makes me happy to switch back to AMD.
First off this Inspiron 5675 Gaming PC is designed well and it shows with its sleek and cool looking desktop case. LED lit Dell logo combined with the diagonal grill split of the case chassis really looks good here. Opening the case reveals a clean but high end feeling interior that says gaming to me.
Onto real world gaming performance. I tested the 5675 with Battlefield 1, Flight Simulator X and Elder Scrolls Oblivion. Max settings with BF1 and Oblivion is a cinch with this computer. Flight Simulator X had always been tough to run on higher settings with AMD chips until now. Ryzen is more than capable of tackling on this tough task and FSX ran with near optimal settings. The Ryzen 7 1700 combined with 16GB DDR4 RAM and the RX 580 graphics card make for a very underrated gaming machine here.
Overall I am very impressed with this Dell gaming PC. I have never really associated Dell with elite gaming PC builds but with these newly released gaming desktops I am changing my mind already. Sleek desktop exteriors that match with the blazing fast performance on the inside. The CPU can be a little too noisy for my liking on full load but you can easily change the CPU fan to another brand. Excellent value overall and highly recommended.

Built in dual band wireless functionality and Apple Air Print options allow for great printer placement flexibility and less wires. Color and B&W prints are about 22 PPM speed wise. Photos came out very nice and B&W prints are close to laser printer quality. Beautifully designed with a sleek look that will easily match almost any decor style. The touchscreen is great for quickly configuring printer options on the fly and a downloadable mobile app also does the same. Overall this printer is a pretty good value for the features and quality.

I have always enjoyed using LG's line of products from televisions, headsets to home audio. This SJ7 sound bar offering is called Flex for a reason and it is a welcome arrival.
The speakers can be configured for 4.1 or 2.1 mode. The soundbar can either be attached together for a conventional soundbar mode or detached to allow one speaker to be placed in the rear position to create a more discrete surround setup or just two detached speakers in front for a more tradition 2.1 forward firing setup. Detached speakers can be placed in a vertical orientation too. You have to love the versatility that this sort of system allows; the downside is the supposed 4 hours battery life when speakers are in wireless mode. That is barely enough time to enjoy two full length movies.
Sound quality is pretty darn good. Highs are not the greatest, mid range is good and the bass from the included subwoofer is plenty strong. These speakers are ideal for small to mid size rooms at most. Larger rooms will require max volume and I found even with that the SJ7 had trouble filling the room successfully.
Build quality is one of the highlights of this system. Materials seem very solid and durable. All the components are of a good weight which makes me believe the internal components are of quality too based on my experience with audio equipment.
Design is simple enough with a switch located on the rear of one of the speakers to allow for the different listening modes. I definitely like the metal grilles concealing the speaker drivers rather than cloth giving it a higher end feel.
Overall I recommend these speakers and definitely think people should give it a try if anything. It is a nice value for the sound quality and speaker position flexibility. Battery life could certainly be better in wireless mode.

These headsets are very lightweight and comfortable to wear. Audio clarity is pretty good and the bass is decent to good. Ear pads are replaceable and the boom mic is detachable which is nice for transporting the headset. Overall the design, fit and sound are worth the price. A quality affordable 7.1 headset that I definitely recommend to anyone.

My first time owning a fryer so I did not know what to expect. It uses little to no additional oil which is great for healthier cooking. There is a power meter to indicate heating intensity. I wish there was a temperature readout; that would have made this thing closer to perfect. Can hold up to 60 oz of food and is easy to clean with the non stick ceramic interior. There is a built in interior mixing paddle that is great for stirring the food while cooking! I am enjoying it so far and recommend people giving it a serious try.

Solid Surround Alternative.

Having been used to true dedicated surround speaker setups I have always been skeptical about headsets or wearable technology that state they will replicate surround sound. Unlike headsets that have 2 channels that simulate virtual surround, this LG Tone Studio headphone set contains built in 4 separate well placed speakers.
LG Tone Studio has a sleek metallic finish with a simple to use button layout. A pinhole microphone allows for phone call chatting or Siri usage.
The 4 speakers means sound is closer to true surround rather than virtual simulation. Music and movies sounded very good with 3D positioning being more accurate than any wireless or wired headset I have ever used. Bass is noticeable and surprisingly strong coming from the built in speakers. Audio has been tuned by DTS making for a cinema like fidelity which I definitely felt. Earphones are built in to listen on the go and sound good.
The LG Tone is comfortable to wear, sounds surprisingly good for a wearable surround system alternative or replacement plus it doubles as a good neckband headset for use on the go with the built in earphones. Very good value for the money.

I already have a Samsung soundbar at home which includes a dedicated wireless subwoofer that is independently powered. I was excited to see if this HW-MS650 soundbar could do away with a dedicated subwoofer successfully.
First off this soundbar is big and weighs in around 15 lbs. My experience with speakers is that quality speakers tend to weigh more than low quality ones. This soundbar definitely sounds very good. Distortion is very low and midrange audio is excellent. Audio filled our bedroom with rich sound. While the bass is decent for a soundbar only setup I expected more at this price point. My Samsung soundbar and wireless combo costs less.
I do not recommend this soundbar at this price point. We are simply not at the point yet where a soundbar only can replicate bass of a seprate dedicated powered subwoofer. Soundbar design and audio quality is great.

My first thought upon opening the router's box and removing the contents was one of simplicity and ease. The good feelings continued on as I plugged in all my network connections and powered on the WRT AC3200. It was a breeze to set up and all I needed was the included printed quick start guide.
Build quality feels nice and it does not feel heavy when I hold the router in my hands but I do find the overall shape to be bulky.
The Linksys settings screen has a simple to navigate and clean user interface. I had no trouble tweaking wireless options, checking for firmware updates or changing the router password.
This router has the best range of all the routers I have ever used in my house. We have a 2200 Sq. Ft. house so it was important that signal coverage and wall penetration all around are excellent. I am getting 4 bars in the wireless indicator as opposed to 3 bars before. Link speeds are higher.
Wireless connection speed is not as fast as my previous router. I have a 109 MBPS Internet connection and I am getting anywhere from 70-90 MBPS on average on the second floor with the Linksys via 802.11AC while my previous router's output was about 109 using 802.11AC as well. Every speed test seems to show slower or faster speeds while my network is under zero load other than the speed test. Establishing a wireless connection to the router is not as fast as I would like and sometimes it has trouble connecting. Wired connections like my Xbox One or OOMA seem more on par and first floor wireless speeds seemed fine.
It comes down to wireless performance here as I am not getting speeds close to what I am supposed to and sometimes when I lose my wireless connection it isn't always quick to re-establish a connection. My hope is since this router came out this year (2016) there is still ample time to improve performance via Linksys firmware updates, WRT or DD-WRT patches.

REVIEW UPDATE: 100% throughput now!

In my previous review I had issues with wireless performance on my 2nd floor. Those issues have been resolved by moving my desktop's wireless adapter to a better location and changing the 2.4 GHZ and 5 GHZ frequencies to fixed channels. I have a 200 MBPS connection from Optimum and I am not getting that speed throughout my house. I have had great performance with past Linksys products and have not used them in a few years and I am glad to be back with them again. The router is still a little pricey for my tastes but with some tweaking after installation I can now recommend this router to everyone who is looking for top wired and wireless performance!

where is the usb port located?
USB port is located in the back. I have charged my iPhone 6 and Note 3 on it. I believe it charges at 2.1 amps as the iPhone and Note were charged quickly.

No remote. I have three of these clock radios in my house and absolutely love them. Great price and design. Very good sound. It will be hard to find a remote for something this good at less than $100.

Can you charge a laptop
The clock radio only allows charging via its rear USB port. It is meant to charge phones mainly or even tablets. Any device that can charge via USB would work fine but a laptop requires charging via a wall adapter.
