We absolutely love this massager! I love it and my spouse thinks it may replace her monthly visits to the chiropractor for massage therapy appointments.
The unit feel very solid, sturdy and well built. It comes with some charge, but I decided to give it a full charge anyways. The operation takes a little getting used to as it is not simply off/on. You have to hold the power button to turn on the unit. Then you single press the power button to actually activate the massage function. Each time you press it after it is on will cycle through 3 different strength levels of massage. The lowest setting is actually pretty thorough, we have not used level 3 at all as it may be too intense for us.
It comes with 2 different attachments, one broad attachment for large areas, and a pointed attachment for isolating a smaller area or muscle.
Now on the the function. This gets into the deep tissue and just feel natural in the hand. You can get to hard to reach spots on the upper and lower back easily. It gets into the soft spots between the shoulder bladed to provide instant relief. It still will not get to the middle back, but you can always get help from someone to do it. It has provided solid relief for both my spouse and I.
So far we have used it intermittently for a little over a week and have not had to charge it still. The battery appears to last a very long time.
Overall, I cannot say enough good things about this massager. We have looked at many different percussion massagers and never pulled the trigger. But we do not regret getting this little beauty for one moment.

The Nanoleaf Hexagons are beautiful and work exactly as described.
Right out of the box you can pretty much figure out how to use them. You connect the power adapter to one of the hexagons then you can link them using the links provided. Then you can add the control to any one of the hexagons.
You then go into the Nanoleaf app and hit add new device. I already have the canvas so the app is already setup for me. If I recall correctly you just need to install the app and create an account. Once you are in the setup process you scan the QR code that came with your hexagons and it installs them.
Once installed they are very easy to use and respond almost instantly via the app. There are several themes you can use and they will respond to music and you can customize them based on a color scheme. This is nothing groundbreaking but still fun to play with. I have several light apps that all function pretty much the same way.
They include pieces of mounting tape, I have not mounted them yet as I have yet to decide where I want to permanently place them.
Overall I think these hexagons are very stylish and I love how flawlessly they work with the app. If you are looking for a way to dazzle people in your rec room or bar, or anywhere you would like to make a statement then I would highly recommend.

Works fairly well between cleanings

Overall I like the Shark Bot and I find it very useful between deep cleanings.
You can have the vac charging about 2 minutes after you remove it from the box. The quick start guide is very easy to follow and there is not a lot to put together. I enjoyed the ease of use.
You then install the app and set up the vac. I then connected it to my Alexa. This entire process took me about 5 minutes with no issues.
The only thing I don't like is that when you talk to Alexa you have to call it the "shark" rather than the cool name you gave your bot.
After it charges for the first time you set it out on its zoning run. It runs over any space you allow it and scans for the zones/rooms. It was fairly accurate but had a hard time scanning my kitchen with the chairs and table. It had a skewed version of that zone. You can name the zones/rooms so you can set it out to clean those specific areas if you choose. That is pretty nice. I will probably have it do another scan later to see if it can capture the rooms better.
I then set if off on it's first vacuum only run. It was not bad but it did not clean like I hoped it would. There were several spots of obvious dirt that it missed. It also got stuck on the kitchen chair legs and kept going back to them like it wanted to get stuck. I hope to correct this after the re-scan. I was not very impressed.
I then set it loose in my back room which my dogs frequently eat and sleep. It did a better job at cleaning as there was almost no obstructions to stop it.
I then filled the water reservoir and attached it with the mopping pad. I let it loose in the back dog's room again. It left the floor pretty clean and it was way better than it was. However there were some spill marks left that were there from when some beer had fallen from a previous activity. The floor also smelled like dog in some areas that had heavier traffic. It looked overall clean, but was not completely clean. It also misses the corner of the room from a vacuuming standpoint.
I would say that this should serve to get you to your deep cleanings with little maintenance. You will then need to get the stick vacs and mops or steamers to get the deep clean your floors actually need. Note that I have all laminate and Pergo flooring, no carpets.

Simple and works well

This portable charger/holder works well and does it's job. I have not found myself using it as much as I thought I would.
I have a Galaxy S9 plus with an Otterbox Symetry case and I have to remove it to place in this holder. It expands easily to fit the phone and it holds it very secure. It has never slipped out once while in use, so that is a non issue.
The charger works well and keeps the phone charge moving up while in heavy use. Most chargers will only keep a charge when you are using a battery draining game or app. This one actually charges my phone up while playing.
The form factor is nice and it fits great in your hands. I played several games and I love playing with it. I used Mario kart and it felt like I was playing it for the first time.
The only downside is the built in fan. I like that a fan is included to keep the phone from overheating, but it is kind of loud. I was charging my phone with it one night and had to raise my TV volume because the fan was so loud. To be fair it was before bed when the house was quiet and the phone was with me in bed.
I like the placement of the holder as I am able to plug in the charger and my headphones if I put it in the holder one direction. But depending on what side you mount it you will lose access to either the power button or the volume rocker. It is not a huge deal as if you are mounting this to play you will not be locking your phone, so I choose to block the power button.
Overall, I think this is a very nice charger and holder and I would recommend to anyone who enjoys playing games on their phone and on the go.

Works perfect! Must Have!!

This smart outdoor plug works perfectly. I have had zero issues with it so far and it has been rock solid.
You download the WEMO app and hit the plus sign which adds a new device. You plug in the device and the app discovers it. You enter your Wi-Fi settings/password and you are done.
The plug has 2 receptacles to plug things into. I am using one extension cord that powers all of my Christmas lights. The other one is vacant so I can add some lawn decorations later. I drilled a screw into my siding and mounted the smart plug to relieve stress on the cable of the smart plug. It has a big button on it for manual off/on. This plug feels solid and well built, it actually feels more durable and nicer than my regular non smart outdoor plug it replaces.
After I was all setup, I went into the app and set a schedule for the lights. I literally did it in less than 2 minutes. It was easier than any smart app for plugs/lights that I currently use. I set it and have not had to worry about it and it works flawlessly.
Overall, I cannot recommend this plug enough. It is rock solid, does exactly what it is supposed to, and you will not have to worry about it once you set it up. It has been a nice pleasant surprise for the holidays this tough year.

Very Cool, the kids will love it

This camera is very cool and actually has some surprising features.
The first thing it does well is print photos. You simply use as a point and click camera and it will print on the spot. The photo is small but has a peel and stick back. The kids will love messing with this, and maybe some teens. The camera has a few features, such as adding a border, and flash on/off, and outdoor mode.
I also like that you just buy the paper, you don't need ink or anything like that. It is easy to remove the cover and load the paper.
The camera also has a rechargeable battery that charges via micro USB. The battery lasts a long time and I have yet to recharge it.
One of the coolest features though, is the ability to link the camera to your phone and snap a photo remotely. You setup the camera where you like and you see the camera's viewfinder on your phone's screen. Then once you are ready to snap a pic, you hit a shutter button on your phone to take the picture remotely. You can also set a timer on the shutter. I really like this feature as my family loves taking family photos by ourselves, especially during these times of quarantine.
The camera is a great size and fits good in the hand and takes great photos. It is a fun little gadget that the family can all enjoy.

Decent sound great battery some quirks

The JBuds wireless earbuds are pretty good for the price but have some quirks. I would have given them 3 stars if it weren't for the fantastic battery life.
The earbuds themselves are pretty average in sound. They will not make you feel like you are listening to a high end setup, but they are not bad. Keep in mind that they are budget earbuds.
The noise cancelling feature is not great either. Again, these are budget but they let in a lot of sound. They have 3 settings, ANC on, "pass through", and ANC off. When ANC is on, you can still hear most surrounding noise. They block out some noise but it feels like there is not really anything special happening with noise cancelation. When ANC is off, they just sound like run of the mill earbuds. When the pass through feature is on, it sounds the same as when ANC is off, but with a hissing noise. This feature is supposed to actually let in outside noise in case you need to be alert, but it just produces a hissing sound.
The earbuds feature some type of touch response for the controls, no buttons. It can sometimes be hard for the bud to detect a press. This is better than one that is too sensitive I suppose and performs actions when you don't need it. The right earbud controls the volume up with a single tap. The play/pause is a double tap as opposed to a single tap like on every other earbud I have ever owned. That is kind of odd. And the long press changes the track, versus the traditional double tap on most earbuds. The left earbud controls the volume down with a single tap, and long presses control all of the noise cancelling features.
The charging case is nice as it snaps in the earbuds with a nice magnetic click, very satisfying. But the magnetic hold is very strong, they are the hardest earbuds I have had as far as removing them from the case. The case has a built in USB plug that pops out and stores inside the case. This is very convenient, second only to wireless charging. One quirk that I do not like is sometimes they are hard to get in the case. This is because the earbuds have a rubber gasket that surrounds the buds that are meant to create a seal in your ear. This gasket type rubber is loose and moves around and will prevent the earbuds sometimes from fully locking into place in the wireless case. If they don't lock in, they will not charge and you will be left with a dead earbud when you need it most.
Now where they really earn their keep, battery life. These things last like 7 hours on a single charge at a reasonable volume. I know many earbuds advertise long battery life, but these small buds honestly last the longest of all the ones I own. I use them to fall asleep and when I was up in the morning they are still playing music. They probably last longer than 7 hours but not much. The only quirk regarding the battery is the voice warns you "low battery" is very loud. If you are listening to music at a low volume because you are trying to fall asleep, this warning will surely wake you up.
Overall, I think these are very good because of the price and battery life. For me, they are not my first choice for wireless earbuds though.

De'Longhi All-In-One Combination Coffee and Espresso Machine

This machine is great because it gives you both a drip coffee maker and espresso machine in one. The only issue is that the drip coffee maker feels cheap, it reminds me of a drip you would find on black Friday for under 15 bucks.
The espresso maker is very nice and does feel high quality. The instructions are very clear and it is hard to mess up. You just have to pay attention to what insert you use and make sure you use a fine ground coffee. It heats up pretty quick and disperses a nice cup of espresso. It also has a milk frother that works very nice. I have had other espresso machines and this one works very similar to those. Pretty reliable.
The only disappointment was in the coffee maker. It is a traditional drip coffee maker with a cone filter. It reminds me of a cheap hotel coffee maker or one you would find for under 15 dollars. We were used to a Ninja coffee station that has multiple sizes for pots, mugs, or thermos. You can only make a pot.
Overall this is a nice machine if you are going to rely heavily on the espresso machine and drip coffee for big batches. It is not an every day coffee maker.

I specifically like to hear a nice snap or click when I am typing. So when I saw that this mechanical keyboard specifically mentions how nice the keys feel and click I had to give it a try.
I am currently working from home and have been using a nice Logitech keyboard with a lot of hot keys for shortcuts. But it feels mushy at times and some of the keys are starting to wear out and stick. I have cleaned it a few times but it is just old already. I got this new Logitech K845 and have never looked back.
It does feature some hot keys that you use with the function F keys, like volume, brightness, and calculator. The only thing I really miss was a button I had assigned on my old keyboard to open a specific file path. But other than that I have no issues. There is a full numeric pad and the keys light up. The lights can range from solid, to patterns with a function F command. It is very cool, but I usually just keep it lit up solid as the patterns are a bit distracting for me while I am working.
Now for the best part, the feel. The keyboard is aluminum and plastic with a very high quality look and feel. It is nice and heavy and just feels great compared to every other keyboard I have ever used. The buttons are plastic but are mechanical, meaning the moving parts are metal and of higher quality meant to take more abuse. When I am typing there is no mistaking if you pressed a key or not, you hear and feel it. I love it! I can pound away at the keys and it just flows with a nice clicking that is so satisfying. In fact, I am typing this very review using it. The keyboard is also wired so no need to worry about changing batteries. I am always at a work station so a wireless keyboard has never been an essential for me. Plus with the lights, you would probably go through batteries rather quickly.
Overall, I cannot say enough good things about this keyboard. Once you start using it, all other keyboards will feel like toys.
I am currently working from home and have been using a nice Logitech keyboard with a lot of hot keys for shortcuts. But it feels mushy at times and some of the keys are starting to wear out and stick. I have cleaned it a few times but it is just old already. I got this new Logitech K845 and have never looked back.

Lake Michigan Water Never Tasted So Good

We have Lake Michigan water and it is overall pretty good. But we recently installed an ice maker and have been drinking a lot more tap water. I thought it would be a good idea to get a filter installed.
The installation was very simple if you have ever done any minor water line work before. If you never have, you will still be able to install. You simply find a place for it under the sink and mount the canister/housing using 2 screws. Then you shut off the cold water line and remove the hose. You tie the filter into the water line then tie the hose into the filter. The filter acts as a pass through for your cold water. The filter hoses use a "push in" hose, so make sure you push them in firmly and all the way. On my first attempt I did not push one in all the way and it leaked and sprayed immediately. I had to shut the water off again and check the connection. I just pulled the hose out and pushed it in again making sure to push it all the way in.
Then I turned it back on and checked for leaks and there were none. You then run the water for about 5 or 6 minutes to clear the "new" out of it.
I then packed a tumbler full of ice and filled it up with tap water. I took a big swig and clearly noticed a difference in taste. There was actually no taste. It was like drinking from a water bottle. And our tap water normally has a distinct taste, not much but you can notice something there. Hard to explain, but those who drink tap water probably know what I am talking about. I then had everyone in my house try it (they all drink the tap water too) and they all noticed the difference as well. This was a winner and everyone in the house thanked me for the fresher water.
The only downside I can notice is that the water pressure from the cold water is slightly down. The hot water is still strong, but the cold water is not. It is not a deal breaker and is not causing any negative side effects, but I just thought I should mention it.
Overall I would say that if you normally drink tap water you should definitely purchase this filter. It makes a difference and makes you feel like you are enjoying a nice refreshing clear/clean water bottle but with no waste.

Yes, the sealed lid is plastic with slots that make contact with the water as you pour it out. Even if you remove the lid, the mouth is also plastic that makes contact when you pour out the water. Hope this helps!

I would not risk running with these buds. They are a little bulky and have a rubber "band" that is supposed to help seal in the ear, but can also push the bud out a little. I would recommend the Plantronics Backbeat Fit ear buds.

Your question sort of contradicts itself as using an app to control something is essentially a "smart" home function. You can use the lock without connecting to the internet and use as a simple push code lock. But for that then spend less money and buy one without the internet accessibility. Once this lock is setup you can connect it to your home network and control it using the August app if you wish. You can also integrate it into an even "smarter" home by adding the Connect bridge and using it with Google Home, Alexa, etc. Hope this answers your question.
