I’m very impressed with the close shave and quiet running of this electric razor. It’s easy to clean under running water and can be used with or without shave cream. I haven’t tried it with shave cream but it worked great dry.
While it comes with a cover that doubles as a “stubble” guard — giving you a three-day beard look — it does not come with a carrying case. It does charge quickly and runs for almost an hour on a charge!

First off, this is a nicer looking antenna than any others that I’ve seen. You can hang it on the wall by your TV and it will look like part of the furniture; it has a sound bar type look. It has hardware for mounting and a “kickstand” for sitting on a TV stand or the like.
I tried this antenna on two different TVs in different parts of our house. One with much greater success than the other.
Using one of the ZIP code identifiers for HDTV signals (easily found on the Web with a google search) I confirmed the direction of most HDTV signal transmitters in my area. Unfortunately, that direction meant the signals had to pass through three rooms of my house to get to the first TV I tried to set up. I was only able to get a handful of channels, and some of them had spotty reception.
I then tried the antenna on another TV in the front of the house that faced the direction of most of our local transmissions. What a difference! I was able to easily get 26 channels, including all of the local channels for the major networks. Even if I discounted the handful of stations I’d never watch, I had well over 20 clear HD or near-HD channels. There was no flickering or loss of signal whatsoever.
To be fair, I set this antenna in a window facing SE, although the signals are mainly from the SW. So the the claim of “no pointing needed” is indeed, accurate. However, if I took the antenna out of the window, I lost all but one of the channels. Since the antenna is designed for indoor or outdoor use, it would not be too difficult to mount it outside on the house or even up on the roof.
The antenna comes with two lengths of cable: 4 foot and 6 foot. You can use the shortest cable needed to get the best picture, or combine them with the included coupler for a 10 foot run. The included amplifier also makes a big difference in the quality of the signal.
If you're serious about cord-cutting, this is a great antenna to try!

As a reviewer of a certain age, I was really looking forward to trying these earphones out. I have some trouble hearing in crowds, at restaurants, and when the TV volume is low.
In many ways, these are a better answer than hearing aids. They help you focus sound in the direction you want: head-on, mostly front, or all around. You can adjust the volume, and the bass/treble for your personal liking. You can adjust the volume for each ear.
The Hearphones come with three sets of tips to adjust for the best fit for your ears. It is important to find the best tip to get the most out of this device. Sadly, I found the tips a little difficult to change and tore one. The instructions show the best way to change them, and if you follow them carefully, you can avoid my mistake!
Most of the settings can be adjusted using controls on the the neckband or cable, so I found it frustrating that I had to have my phone nearby so it could connect to the app. Don’t get me wrong, adjusting your personal preferences with the app is great, but once that is done, it would be nice to use them without the earphones searching and not finding your phone if it’s not nearby.
This seems like a very forward-thinking product; the number of people who could benefit from it must be huge. I’d like to suggest just one other change. Older people with hearing issues also sometimes have mobility issues from things like arthritis. I think the controls on these earphones are very typical, but not very practical for older people. I especially found the on/off button hard to press and hold to power the unit on and off. A larger, easier to press button, tested by people likely to be using it, would be a great change to see!

These headphone are great. The controls are very well thought out and work better than the usual squeezable controls often found on in-line controls. The buttons are easy to access and I especially like the play/stop and forward/back control. You can use it to answer phone calls and pause/play music, with a simple push, but you can slide it forward or back to change songs. It springs back to center. This is so much more intuitive and easy to use on a headset connected to your head! You can also hold down the play button to access Siri or Google.
The audio from these headphones is top notch and the App lets you adjust the ambiance of your music to mimic various venues such as a concert hall or stadium. Using them for phone calls was such a nice experience. It was easy to hear the caller and they said I was easy to understand. The headphones use two built-in mics so their is no dangling wire with a mic to catch on your jacket. I also found the noise cancelling to work very well.
I took one star away because the headphones do not come with a carrying case. I’ve found that I like these type of headphones best for planes, but I wouldn’t just toss them in a bag or backpack. For the price, I think they should have included a protective case for traveling.

I really like these earbuds! They have great sound and the (removable) neck band keeps them in place when I’m moving around. They come with interchangeable ear cushions in a variety of shapes and sizes. They are water resistant and sweat proof!
The downside: I was disappointed in the noise cancellation feature; I had to check to see if it was actually on! Since this seems like a big selling point for these earbuds, I can’t give them five stars, but the sound, comfort, and excellent microphone still make them a good buy.

I’m always impressed by Best Buy’s Insignia line, so I was happy to check out how this new speaker compares to my Google Home. It was easy to set up, has a nice display — good for around the house or at the bedside. The controls appear when you move your hand near the top and allow you to pause/play music and adjust the volume. Because it uses Google Assistant, you can also control these features with your voice. Of course, you can also ask it the whole array of things that Google Assistant allows.
It’s a great alarm clock and you can set that with your voice too.
I was most impressed with the quality of the audio for the size of the device. It fills a room and is especially great for listening to music while getting up in the morning. Again, you can listen to anything using the Google Assistant, or connect a smart device via Bluetooth.
As a nice added feature, there is a USB connection on the back that lets you charge your phone or tablet.
I have the corded model, but for a few $$ more you can get the Portable model, with a built-in battery.
Well thought-out design, nice appearance, good sound, and great price!

I've tried several wireless earbuds and usually found them disappointing at the gym. Most don't stay seated during strenuous activity. Not true for these. The behind-the-ear hooks hold the buds firmly in place. The multiple sizes of tips make a custom fit easy too.
I found the sound to be as good or better than any blue-tooth buds I've tried. I had some connection issues, but found that wearing my phone on my sleeve helped.
My favorite feature is the charging case that also contains a battery to recharge the buds when you can't plug them in!

This unit maneuvers well, is easy to handle and with the power head in place, does a decent job on floors and carpets. But the list of drawbacks for it’s other features make it a “no thanks” from me.
As noted by many others, the battery is heavy and right in the handle which adds weight, but I didn’t mind that. The fact that you have to remove it to charge it (and that the charger itself is roughly the size of a small toaster!) makes dealing with this large battery even less convenient.
The tools that come with it for dust, pet hair, and crevices seem great, and they store neatly too, but again, without the power head, this unit just doesn’t have enough suction to collect things like pet hair and dirt.
The unit cannot stand up on its own, so it comes with a handy wall mount to store it and hold the accessories. Once again, this doesn’t make up for the fact that it’s unwieldy to try and empty, to change out accessories, or to clean the filter without balancing the unit, or laying it down on a chair or counter.
Overall, I’m disappointed in the design of the unit. It’s hard to change the parts on it. It’s difficult to clean. Although the drop down door for emptying the dust cup is easy and well designed, pet hair sticks in the unit and doesn’t fall out when you open it over the trash. To fully clean it involves removing the dust cup from the unit, washing the air filter (which takes 24 hours to dry) and cleaning out the dust cup. Although the battery lasts almost an hour, without sufficient suction, that’s not much of a plus; I’d rather have more power for less time.
I think the design should have started with better goals than just long battery life. Give it more power, make it self-standing. Make the parts easier to change out. Make cleaning it up easier.

These little earbuds are great. They don’t hang out of your ears, but fit very comfortably thanks to multiple sizes of ear tips and fins. They don’t fall out!
They come with a small capsule that lets you seat the earbuds easily for charging. Three LEDs on the front let you know that the charging capsule has power and that each earbud is charging. Best of all, the capsule is a portable charger! It holds up to eight hours of charging time in addition to the buds themselves that can last up to four hours.
The sound is clear and full range for their size. Most impressive, they have a built-in mic for phone calls. I talked to several people who said that the sound quality from me was excellent. One even commented on a bird call when I was out walking the dog!
I saw a few comments on these buds that claimed problems with the Bluetooth connection for music. I had none of these problems and I wonder if it’s because I took note of the illustration that showed keeping the phone on the right side of your body (closer to the right ear bud) would make for a more stable connection.
I was surprised by two things: phone calls only come into the right bud; there is no stereo for phone calls. And the left bud can be turned off if you press it, causing your music to play only on the right side. NBD, but worth noting that it’s not a malfunction. The ear buds simply can be used independently.

Light and better than my old electric, but...

This shaver surprised me by its light weight and quiet operation. It feels smooth on your skin and doesn’t pull like my old shaver. It’s not as close a shave as a blade, but it is better than my old electric. If the blades last a year, I’ll be really happy!
It’s cool that you can use it wet or dry, with shave cream or not, even in the shower! I’ve only used it dry; it’ll be interesting to find out if it’s a better shave with shaving cream.
It’s fully charged in an hour and good for quite a few shaves. Surprisingly, you can’t leave it plugged in when you use it.
It has an easy to use travel lock, but I wish it came with a carrying case — even a little bag to put it in would make it more travel friendly.

Yes. It even comes with a phone cord. This is probably great for offices that still fax and have a dedicated line, but many homes don't have landlines any more.
