If i order the yoga 2 pro today when will I be able to pick it up at a store?

In the lenovo website it mentions that the product will be available on October 18, Can i pick it up earlier through best buy? Here it mentions that i can make a store pickup today.

You probably already figured this out, but...when you go to check out online, your cart will give you an option to pick up the laptop at stores which have inventory in your area. Otherwise, it will give you the option to have it direct shipped. You can check stores close to you and far to you.
