That depends on your cable package. I had Time Warners basic plus expanded and I got around 60 channels plus another 15 or so of Digital HD channels. I will say that I have since switched to Directtv with the whole house wireless genie which has a box with every tv so you get all the channels plus amazing true HD that blows cable away and at a much better price.
I believe you should be able to take it to any Best Buy location. Don't know how long you have to return an item under warranty, but have your receipt and take it in.

No, it i not a "Smart" TV. In order to access Netflix you will have to connect another device (Roku, Chromecast, Apple TV, Bluray player w/ Netflix app, etc.).
We have an antenna on our house with a rotor. I want to be able to move the antenna and scan new channels without losing those that have previously been scanned.
i'm pretty sure that every time you scan, it re scans all channels. but that shouldn't matter. if your new antenna doesn't pick up all your channels, just hook up the first antenna and scan again. it should pick up the channels you originally had and you'll get them all back.
