you have to go back to your remote and go to the input source and select antenna as your input source. and not from your hdmi or cable or any other source to view of the air antenna tv watching.
No. I was actually looking for it myself. Fortunately I was able to use my phone jack from my stereo receiver that I use for my surround sound. So this may be an option you may consider.
There are RCA and digital optical outs, so you would need some sort of receiver or pre-amp to use headphones. I use some Turtle Beach headphones that have a USB powered RF transmitter and they work great.
to answer your question simply, no. however, you can buy an adapter for a few bucks and run them through the stereo jacks. it's a bit awkward as they are on the back of the tv, but not a deal breaker.
Yes, if your PC does not have one built in; then you can purchase a low end graphics card that has an HDMI port built into it. If you do choose to do this option make sure that the card you choose is compatible with your system. You will also have to check if your 12V rail supplies enough power(amps) to run the card. There is a lot involved but it's worth it if your system can support a newer card. Otherwise you may want to consider getting a newer PC.
Our router in in our living room and this is our bedroom TV. The interenet connected wirelessly with no problems. We have a 1,000 sqft house, so not that big, but lots of walls in between.
My router is in my bedroom, the t.v. is in the living room with a central a/c and two closets in between... about 35 ft altogether through a couple of walls, and I have had no problems at all. I have a cheap router - under $75 retail.
