I don't do many faxes. Maybe 1 a month. I also have VOIP phone service. (OOMA) Usually I can get 1-2 pages sent. More than 2 is difficult. However, OOMA has a cure for a price if you contact them.
For VOIP you will need an All-in-One (AIO) with a fax that supports a digital phone line. After you have purchased your HP AIO, you want to contact HP Technical support so they can assist you on changing the baud rate to connect your AIO with your VOIP phone system.
I'm trying to set up the 7520's Fax feature, but the instructions clearly state to ONLY use the HP phone cord that was supposed to be in the packaging. Trouble is I don't recall getting one, although I may be mistaken. What color is it or a description would be nice. Thank you.
I know it can print a #10 which is standard. I would give it a try if the size's are almost the same. Also, your software for word processing should be able to help you this issue.
When I print a Photoshopped image it prints much darker than the screen image. I want to keep the computer's brightness settings for ease of use. How can I calibrate the Printer (HP Photosmart 7520) to emulate the computer's colours (what you see is what you get)? Is it possible? What's the sensible alternative?
Your screen brightness has nothing to do with the brightness of the photo that prints. The only way to improve the brightness of the photo is to change the way that the photo is taken or use a photo editing software to brighten or change the photo.
