Very stylish and performs well, but limited space

I have only had this refrigerator for about a week, so it is too early to speak to its longevity. However, from a style, performance, and features standpoint it meets my expectations.
My primary reason for selecting this specific model was style/aesthetics. I like the sleek look imparted by the use of recessed grab areas in lieu of handles and absence of an in-door water+ice dispenser. The four-door configuration, along with the shallower counter depth, helps this free-standing refrigerator look more like a built-in unit. And the inside is also finished much more nicely than any other refrigerator I've seen.
From a performance perspective, the unit cools well and maintains good temperature control of the refrigerator and two independent freezer compartments. It is also very quiet... this may be partly from the unusual way it dissipates heat - a significant amount of heat is shed through passive convection and radiation from the sides of the cabinet.
Features-wise, this refrigerator meets my needs, but there are a few trade-offs for the sleek look that others might find unacceptable. First, the slim counter depth means there is not a ton of space (the space you do get is thoughtfully laid out usable, but larger items like frozen pizzas/etc can be tricky to fit in the freezer). There is no water dispenser, so plan on leaving room for a Brita or similar filtering pitcher. And the ice dispenser is internal, so you have to open the freezer to access your ice.

Good sound and features, poor quality

I really liked the features and sound quality of these wiress earbuds, but found their quality to be lacking. My first pair started to fail after about 2 weeks (intermittently lost sound in one or both earbuds... bluetooth connection was fine, but volume was SUPER low even when cranked up). I exchanged them for a replacement, and the second pair had the same problem within a couple of weeks - so I had to return those too, and move on to a different model.

I picked this up on a Deal of the Day -- it's a pretty good value at that price, but maybe not so much at regular price.
The mallets are reasonably well-made, although the threading on some of the handles isn't great, so care has to be taken when installing/removing the heads. The balls/wickets/etc are all fine. My main gripe is with the carrying case/bag. It is barely large enough to fit all the pieces, and in order to get everything in there, the mallets all have to be disassembled. If it had been made just a bit bigger, it would have been possible to comfortably fit everything while leaving the heads on the mallets, making it a lot more convenient to just "pick up and play" (and to put away afterwards).

I have been a front pocket wallet guy for a long time. Tri-folds don't really work for that, and even bi-folds are a stretch.
I used a leather card holder with magnetic money clip for a long time. It worked OK, and it was very slim, but there were things I didn't really like about it. It had a pretty small card capacity, and being leather, there really wasn't much stretch to enable cramming in more cards... plus it held cards so tightly it could be a struggle to get them out at times. It had a clear plastic ID window, which was starting to degrade with age. And the magnetic money clip added quite a bit of bulk, which I could do without (especially since I usually carry a minimal amount of cash).
I saw this wallet pop up as a deal of the day, and it looked like it had the potential to be even more compact than what I was using, so I gave it a shot. I'm really glad I did, because it turned out to be pretty much the ideal wallet for me. The card holding sections have enough room to hold as many cards as my old wallet, but the material is stretchy so things don't feel overstuffed. The little pocket for cash is perfect for me, since I only want to devote a tiny amount of space to carrying cash. And the design is quite clever... I can put less-frequently used cards in the "back" and more-frequently used ones on the side with the pull tab. It doesn't have a dedicated spot for my Driver's License, but it's easily accessible if I put it on the side with the pull tab.

I use this BlenderBottle almost daily for making protein shakes (generally about 50 grams protein powder to 250 grams water), and it works very well.
I had a different shaker for years, one with the sort of fan-blade apparatus that goes under the lid... I was never very happy with it, as it pretty much always left behind undissolved clumps of powder. So when I started working out more and making shakes more often, I had to try something different.
The BlenderBottle approach of using a wire whisk ball is much more effective at breaking up clumps and getting all the powder to dissolve. I like the lid -- the loop makes the bottle easy to carry or clip to a gym bag, the lid's cap is permanently attached so it can't get lost, and the cap snaps shut securely (so I don't have to hold it shut, unlike the rubbery cap on my old bottle). It's also pretty easy to clean -- the wire whisk ball compresses flat, which makes it easier to rinse and dry off. Finally, the clear plastic of the bottle makes it pretty easy to check fill level... although it can be hard to make out the markings (I will probably put a dot at the 8oz line with a Sharpie at some point to help with this).

I picked this up on a Deal of the Day, and I think at that price point it was worth the purchase... but I am not sure I'd pay full price for it.
The selection of lenses is nice, and I have had fun playing with all of them (especially the fisheye). The tripod actually works pretty well, and is definitely adequate for the rare occasions that I use it. One thing I really like is that it comes with a nice carrying case that easily holds and protects all the pieces.

Great treatment of an Anime classic

This is an anime classic, and in my mind it sits alongside Akira as one of the best. Like Akira, it's a hugely influential movie in terms of style -- any recent movie I can think of with even a hint of Cyberpunk/Techno-Noir aesthetic owes a great debt to classics like Ghost in the Shell and Akira (not to mention Blade Runner, which in turn clearly influenced these movies).
But enough about the movie. The 4K UHD disc itself is excellent. The resolution bump from 4K isn't hugely noticeable, but the higher bitrate and better encoding is -- the overall improvement is well worth the price of admission. The English dub audio sounds great, too (I haven't yet watched it with the Japanese track).

I'm reviewing the 4K UHD disc, not the film itself (I imagine many would-be purchasers are already familiar with the movie).
This is an excellent transfer - it does a great job replicating the look of film, HDR subtly enhances the image (and is not applied with a heavy hand), and the audio is nice and powerful too. I'd call this the definitive home video version, and it is improved enough over previous versions to warrant a re-purchase if you're a fan of the movie.

When playing a Cinemascope/2.39:1 film in its original aspect ratio, the image will take up the full width of 56.2 inches, but the height will be reduced to 23.5 inches (diagonal size is about 60.9 inches).
www.screen-size.info has a nice calculator for checking out scenarios like this. There are others out there too, but this one lets you freely input your aspect ratio instead of having to choose from a pre-defined list.
