Scan all your prints, negatives and slides quickly and efficiently. Complete with film holdersit handles just about any size and format, including 35 mm filmstrips, mounted slides and full panoramic medium format film.

Been scanning photos and text pages for over a year now and it's worked great. The software it comes with is simple, and pretty easy to learn. The underside of the lid is white. The only thing I wish it did have would be for that white underside to be reversible to black. That would make scanning 2 sides b&w pages much nicer since it would reduce the bleed through. Placing a black piece of paper on top of the paper to be scanned does help, though.

Bought this a month and a half ago and it's working great. It takes about 20-30 seconds to 'warm up' when first accessed if it hasn't been accessed for awhile, but it's speedy after that.
I've owned both Western Digital and Seagate external drives from the smaller 250 GB/2-5 TB portable units to 8TB and now this 14 TB desktop drive. WD has never let me down. I still have portable WD drives that are over 15 years old and they continue to work just fine.

A wonderful movie that looks even better in 4K

Quirky, fun, but still touching, Inside Out takes an idea that has been done before (remember Herman's Head? Anyone? Probably not) but absolutely makes it their own. The character designs are especially striking for the emotions; luminous and almost ethereal. A style that would be taken even further in Soul.
The previous blu-ray looked great, and the 4K release is even better. Gorgeous video quality. Sound is also improved, but it won;t blow you away like some other more action-oriented movies. Like most Disney/Marvel/Pixar 4K releases, you'll likely need to turn the volume up a bit. For whatever reason, the sound is typically authored at a quieter baseline.
You could just watch this on Disney+ (we love the streamer here), but the picture quality will be better on disc. Disney+ quality is great, but it can't beat the quality of a 4K disc. If you like extras, you'll find many, many more of them on the included blu-ray disc than on Disney+. This set also comes with a digital code so you'll still have the convenience of being able to watch digitally when you want.

One of Pixar's best, Toy Story 3 is a wonderful way to end one era while leaving the door open to new journeys.
The previous blu-ray looked great, and the 4K release is even better. Gorgeous video quality. Sound is also improved, but like most Disney/Marvel/Pixar 4K releases, you'll likely need to turn the volume up a bit. For whatever reason, the sound is typically authored at a quieter baseline.

Nice upgrade

While the blu-ray release a few years ago was great, this 4K is even better. Picture is even more stable, and the HDR really shines. Colors are deeper and contrast pops more.
All the extras are the same from the blu-ray and are only on the included blu-ray as usual for 4K releases. For some reason, Disney decided not to include Mulan II and the couple extras it had. While I'm not surprised they didn't do a new 4K remaster of the sequel, it's kind of odd it wasn't included on the blu-ray considering it fit on the old blu-ray.
So if you have the old blu-ray and like Mulan II, be sure to keep it.

Absolutely a must for anyone who is an anime and/or sci-fi fan.
If you have previous home video versions this is definitely worth the upgrade. The video and audio quality is fantastic, especially for an older, non-digitally animated movie. Nice amount of extras, too.
The only negative, and what kept it from being a 5 star review, is that the end credit music is not the original. The movie has a striking soundtrack. Whether it was a mistake or some licensing issue, it's a shame. The soundtrack for the rest of the movie is the original. Honestly, if I could give 4.5 stars, I would since it is just the end credit music, but I couldn't justify a full 5 stars.

The original Disney release was good. This has more extras, but does drop the Pete Doctor interview.
Shout! Factory/GKids has been doing a great job re-releasing Studio Ghibli's fantastic catalog of work.
