Solid picture quality on a very fun movie. The daytime and outdoor scenes really pop. Most of the film is in dark setting though, so it isnt the most vibrant 1080p transfer.
As far as the film goes, my girl and I had a blast with it. Its not for everyone, but we had a great time.

Great audio with solid PQ

This is a beautiful steelbook. Probably my best looking one yet as far as the artwork goes. The 4k transfer has some nice clarity to it, but the scenes that really pop are few and far between. The audio on this disc is where this really shines. It was a blast revisiting this.

Excellent 4k transfer. I was a little worried since Fox did the 4k upscale years ago, but it turned out great. Much improved color correcting and the HDR pops. The 2 bus explosions are gorgeous.
The audio was nit upgraded, but it already had a very good sound to begin with. The blu ray disc that comes with the packages has a ton of special features.

Love the blu ray transfer here. There is a 4k edition, but its only sold over seas, thus its very expensive here in the U.S.
This disc will absolutely hold you over until one day they decide to release the 4k version in the U.S. Beautiful picture quality and details. Very smooth motion as well. A "must buy" for fans.

Decent blu ray transfers

The first film has got to be one of the best action films ever. Im not as much of a fan of the 2nd installment, but it's still a much watch if you're a fan of the 1st film.
The blu ray transfers are better than I thought. The second film has a better PQ transfer. The color palette isnt the brightest on either film, so neither will pop like a reference quality disc. Im very happy with this purchase.

Classic Carpenter. The blu ray transfer is pretty solid. The picture starts off with some heavy grain sequences, but clears up as the movie progresses. Definitely much smoother motion than previous releases. This is a solid purchase.

HBO max is outstanding. It also annoys me. Recently, I went HAM on expanding my 4k and blu ray collection. Eventually, I get HBO Max and I see everything I've purchased off ebay the last 6 months is on HBO Max. Thats a catalogue of New, old, and obscure. Very impressive. What annoyed me is I spent all of that money of physical media, when I could just have HBO Max. Massive library.

The picture quality is hit or miss with this transfer. It wont be everyones cup of tea. I'll say I didnt love the transfer, but there were some scenes that did look really good. The print was definitely cleaned up of scratches and tears. Fine layer of grain throughout. The audio is solid. Love the steelbook artwork. Very happy with this purchase.

This is my favorite steelbook set by far. The artwork is gorgeous. This comes with a digital code for all 5 films PLUS an extra digital code for Last Blood the Extended Cut (original 15 minute opening that I love).

I will note that the Extended Cut on Vudu is only streaming in HDX (1080p) and NOT 4k UHD. This could just be a Vudu issue. My Spartacus 4k digital code didnt become 4k for months on Vudu. So, who knows?
The 4k transfers improve as the series progresses.
First Blood is nothing demo worthy. Its a nice improvement and has much more detail than the dvd. This film is very dark, so there arent many scenes that will pop on your display. Although, the many explosions in the finale look great! That was definitely the best part of the film regarding picture quality.
Rambo First Blood part 2 is a good improvement over the the first film. The PQ improves as the film goes on. Midway through the second act, the film looks wonderful with very few soft spots. The colors are bright and vibrant. The ridiculous amount of explosions are outstanding. This is a good 4k.
Rambo 3 keeps the improvement going with more vivid close ups and backgrounds. Again, the explosions!!
Rambo 4 is arguably the best picture quality and audio in the series.
Rambo Last Blood is my favorite as far as picture quality goes. This is a beauty of a transfer. Very detailed facial features and stitching on clothing. Make sure to check out the digital extended cut. The original opening of the film was a much better re-introduction to the character Rambo in this film than the Theatrical. Also, go easy on this film. This was a small 50 million dollar budget action piece that had some good scenes. This is a much smaller film than the others in the series. I really enjoyed this for what it was and thought some things were really awesome.
This also comes with a copy of a nice had written letter from Sly himself.
Side Note: I have always had a great experience with Best Buy regarding my shipped items arriving in very good condition. I've heard and witnessed horror stories regarding damaged items. Well, this was the first time I have received anything damaged. The outer casing is dented on the bottom front. It was a slight annoyance, but not enough to kill my buzz. I love the set!

I couldn't find any professional reviews on this TV at the time of purchase so I had to go by what you get for the price and looking at it in person. This really is a lot of bang for the buck given certain circumstances.
Pros: 65" 4k, HDR with Dolby vision, Android TV with Chromecast built in, good black levels and black uniformity, ARC support and 3 HDMI ports all for under 500 dollars. Good overall picture especially with 4k hdr or 1080p source. (Using Apple TV 4k set to Dolby vision 4k)
Mid: Mediocre grey uniformity with some corner darkening as well as along the sides, viewing angles are about mid range.
Mid to low: glares aren't handled well for a bright room as the TV brightness isn't very high. I found no controls for motion settings, also picture settings for brightness and contrast make too large of jumps for moving one click either direction quickly washing out colors. More fine tuning would be nice but you can still get a good picture with it.
Best used for a bedroom, or watching movies at night or if your looking for a decent mid-range picture for a low end price.
I did not test the sound since I have a sound bar setup but audio support for surround and sound bars is good through both HDMI and optical. My LG SH5B soundbar fit right underneath perfectly.
Side note, I almost didn't find the stands stuck on the top side of the styrofoam and they are a little on the flimsy side. If you are going to use them make sure kids or dogs stay away from the TV, otherwise wall mount it.

Im looking at this panel to wall mount in the bedroom. I cant find many professional reviews on this display either. I was looking at H8G, but then came across the 65 for this price.

I really was amazed with the TV, because it was able to hook you to my surround. The TV had bluetooth on it so it could hook up to the surround. The picture has great quality. I really cant speak on the sound. Becauae my surround is hook up to it. But overall I love it
