I love this thing. I have a lot of the older ForceFX line of sabers but this one feels different and better. The blade is a pain to install and remove (it takes an Allen Wrench, which is included) and it takes a bit to both put on and take off.
It's not a deal-breaker, though. I just display it with the blade on (though display with the blade removed is just a nice looking) so that I can grab it and swing it around for a bit.
I wish the speaker would have been put in some place other than the hilt itself so that when you're using it your hand will cover it, muffling the sound some.
The rechargeable battery takes a minute to get to and find the USB port on (it's the older trapezoid type, not USB-C, which is still fine, and the box comes with its own small cord for recharging...no wall plug included, so you have to figure that one out yourself) but it's not impossible by any means.
Just be sure to familiarize yourself with the different parts and pieces, as this one is a little more complicated than the old ForceFX line. Not much more, but just a touch. Take some familiarization time on it. It'll be worth it.
If possible, wait for a sale. Got this with a Deal of the Day for about $95 off.

This replaces a Shark vacuum that is still in good condition. As good as that one is, this is better. Surprisingly light to move around compared to the Shark. Seems to pick up more dust out of the carpets, and the ability for it to seamlessly go from carpet to hard wood is a bonus; so much so that you really don't need to wand the hardwood floor. Make sure to get it on sale though, as the price is very high.

Bose never disappoints me

So like others have said, these are pre-existing headphones with a mic attached and an addition of a desktop volume controller using USB for its attachment.
Generally, I much prefer the sound that comes out of a dedicated sound card to anything USB as I have found that, for the most part, USB emulation can disappoint...to my ears, at least.
That said, I have no regrets whatsoever getting this headset. It didn't hurt that Best Buy sweetened the deal by knocking the price down to $259 for about a week and if you can hold out for that sale price again (which happens every once in a while), pull the trigger at that point. You will not be disappointed. At all.
The volume knob also has a separate button that allows you to hear your own voice if you want to (three levels of self-hearing), or you can mute your voice if you don't want to hear yourself at all. This doesn't create the sensation of feedback like you might get on a phone call or a Teams meeting, just a subtle self-voice saying that, yes, your mic is working. The noise canceling certainly doesn't hurt, and enhances the sound when turned on (though you don't HAVE to have it turned on in order for it to work). The mic is great quality. The comfort level is great. The sounds that come through for games is great. Music is amazing.
The only thing I would put a con on is the uneven length of the cords...the USB connector is more than long enough to reach any USB port you need, but the cord going from the volume knob to the headset could have been lengthened somewhat, as sometimes I feel like I'm pulling the knob around if I move around too much.
As Tom's Hardware might say...just buy it. But wait until a sale. I doubt these would disappoint you.

Yes. You need to be connected to the internet first in order to "route" the information through the router, i.e., you should have your DSL or cable modem working before setting this up.

Microsoft officially stopped doing this a couple of years ago as you know, but unofficially they're still supporting it. This article (dated June 2019) will show you how to do it.

This is correct. Any combination of power pins can be used for a GPU, as long as the GPU doesn't exceed what the supply can provide. That said, I would recommend having at least 100 watts more in a power supply than you actually need as it's always a good idea to have some headroom.
