My power flickered and when it did, my pc shut off and restarted. Isn’t the surge supposed to prevent this? My monitor and tower are both plugged into the surge part. It is powered on, green light not flashing.

can you hook up a lazer printer

Thank you for your interest in our products. Unfortunately we do not recommend connecting laser to our UPSs as they tend to pull a bit of power. We recommend connecting them directly to the wall if possible. If you do have to connect it to the UPS you could try connecting it to the surge only outlets on the UPS. However just note in a power outage the printer would not stay on.

Does this model have the same specifications as the BR1500G required by ATT for U-verse internet service?

Thanks for your inquiry Paul. Not all features of the BR1500G are available with the said model. Features such as the Power Saving feature (Master and Controlled by Master Outlets) as well as the ability to have an external battery pack are not available with this model.

Is it possible to have the green led light on the power button turned off? It is very bright and I am using it in a home theater setup.
