Some mounts only work with certain, but not all, a/c vents in vehicles. Does this mount work with round/all shapes of vehicle vents?
Hi there Phillip, thanks for your question! I have seen reports that if your vehicle's vents are recessed, the vent clips may not reach them and will not be able to work. However, if your vents are not recessed you should have no problem, regardless of the orientation of the vent bars (horizontal, vertical, diagonal etc). Since this mount uses a magnet to connect to your device, you should be able to have your device upright regardless of the orientation of the mount. Hi there, thanks for your question! On the bottom of the mount, there is a ridged circular piece that can be rotated. When you rotate this, the base extends and becomes wider. I have had the product for 3 months now and it worked great. Now it keeps opening and closing automatically. If I have a phone there, the phone will fall off on car turns or accelerations. Is there a reset button to fix this issue or is it defective?

Will any car phone holder you carry work with a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra5G phone (SM-N986U)?
Hi there, thanks for your question! The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G has a width of 3.04 inches based on what I've found online. Most, if not all, of our mounts have a maximum width that is wider than that, between 3.25 - 3.75 inches. Can I leave this plugged into my 2006 HondaCRV without it draining the battery? Does it have an OFF/On switch? Thanks
Hi there, thanks for your question. This transmitter turns on when it is plugged in and does not have an on / off switch (although it can be easily turned off by removing the plug-in halfway, just enough to lose power. Then, just push it back in to turn it on). In my experience with the device, it does not use nearly enough power to drain the battery of the vehicle. I leave mine plugged in 24/7 with no issue. I have a 2009 Pontiac G6. I have to have 2 cell phones with me usually. One personal and one work/business cell. Is there a way to pair both at the same time with this?
