The question you previously answered was incorrect. The S 10 + in the otter box defender is actually 3 1/4 inches by 6 1/2 inches. The thickness is 1/2 inches. So the question is can you view both horizontally as well as vertical? Thank You

Hi Bruce, thank you for pointing that out! I'm glad you found the answer you needed. This mount is intended solely for vertical use, so that the device may be supported by the two bottom pieces on the mount. You are able to rotate the mount horizontally, however, results may not be as successful since this is not its intended use. We do offer other mounts at Best Buy that may suit your device better such as the OneClick Dash, OneClick Vent, AutoGrip Magnetic Mount and more that are able to rotate horizontally and would fit. Would this work with an Ipad?

Hi there, thanks for your question! This mount is intended for devices with a maximum width of 3.5 inches, so will not be compatible with an iPad. However, we do additionally offer a mount intended for iPads / Tablets at Best Buy which is titled "Roadtripper Travel Mount for Most Smartphones and Tablets Up to 10.1" by Bracketron. Does the Bracketron TripGrip Window & Vent Mount work with samsung galaxy s20 IN an Otterbox?

Just opened the package. How do you attach the phone holder to the cup holder? The round tip is too fat for the phone holder!

Hi there, this is Kaleb with Bracketron. Thanks for your question! On the back of the AutoGrip mount, there is a circular shaped piece with ridges. Unscrew this piece from the mount, and you will be able to place the round tip ball into the AutoGrip. Then, screw that circular piece back in in order to secure the mount. Does this need to be plugged in constantly to charge a phone or does it have an internal battery that can be charged so that it can wirelessly charge a phone without wires hanging down?

Do I need to install the metal disk to the back of my phone, even if I have the iPhone 12 pro, which supports the mag safe accessories?

To my knowledge, the AutoGrip Magnetic mount will still require you to install the metal magnet disk to the back of your device even if you have the MagSafe feature on your iPhone. This is because the MagSafe feature is designed to be compatible only with specific mounts, just as the magnetic disk for this mount is specifically designed to be compatible with the AutoGrip. How do I remove the magnet from the back of my phone?

Hi there, thanks for your question. The magnet is not intended to be removed and re-added continuously, as this will wear out the adhesive on the magnet. If you intend to remove the magnet permanently, I would recommend sticking a flat surface underneath it such as a gift card and prying it off. Thanks, Bracketron Support
