You will not need a drain hose unless you chose to run the unit as a dehumidifier since there is no internal bucket. If you're running the unit as an air conditioner you should not need a drain hose because, as you mentioned, the water will evaporate.

Is the external BLACK color "shiny" or "matte" ? Is the internal color BLACK or WHITE ?

The door does have a bit of a shiny finish to it. Also, the interior of this fridge is white.

Hello WendyF. We do not recommend you to stack the units as they may overheat. It is recommended to leave at least 5" on the back and 2" on each other side.

The Danby keg cooler is not a built-in approved product and requires 2-3 inches of space on the sides and rear of the unit for the compressor to breathe. Please note that "building in" this unit will likely cause the compressor to overheat and not cooler properly.
