How does one proceed with utilizing liquid cleaner/detergent for the mopping aspect? I understand detergent is not needed, but I would like to know how can one use liquid cleaner aside from just water should that be something that can be done.
Hi there, this is Jenifer with Dyson. While not necessary, if you decide to use detergent, please choose gentle, non-foaming, common household detergents and do not use bleach. Please follow the manufacturers guidance on the recommended dilution - We do not recommend putting undiluted detergents in the clean water tank.

Does this model, BP03, have a heat/cool temperature control function?
Hi there, this is Jenifer with Dyson. The Dyson Purifier Big + Quiet Formaldehyde BP03 quietly purifies large spaces while it detects and destroys formaldehyde, permanently. It removes gases and odors. This model does not feature a heat function. Our purifiers and fans do not have refrigerants, so they are not an air conditioner but do work better than standard fans. Dyson fans use Air Multiplier technology to create a powerful stream of uninterrupted airflow. Air is accelerated through an annular aperture, creating a high-velocity jet of air. This passes over an air foil-shaped ramp, channeling its direction and creating areas of low pressure behind and around the fan. The change in pressure forces surrounding air to be drawn into the airflow, resulting in a powerful stream of smooth cooling air.

Can the battery go dead, & if so how do u replace the battery
Hi there, this is Jenifer with Dyson. Like any lithium-ion rechargeable battery, battery degradation for a Dyson cordless machine is absolutely normal. Like that in a cell phone or laptop, the rechargeable battery will degrade over time and the run time will be affected.

How do you clean the air smell if it starts to smell? What cleaning product you use
Hi there, this is Jenifer with Dyson. We recommend replacing the HEPA+Carbon filter every 12 months. That's because over time, filters can get clogged with pollutants, and even let unpleasant odors back into the room. The machine will alert you when it’s time to change filters. A filter life reading can be found on the LCD screen. The catalytic filter never needs replacing.
