I currently have several pets and I’m always cleaning up pet hair. I currently have a Dyson 11 is this unit any better than that?
Hi Jerry, the Gen5 detect is 2 generations new vs. V11 with, indeed, even stronger suction and longer runtimes overall.

I just bought this in nickel/copper. When I got home and opened it, the color is Prussian blue/copper. What gives?. The box has the nickel/copper image on it and when I registered the serial with Dyson it comes up as nickel as well.

"...a pacemaker...to avoid placing the remote control in a pocket, or near to the device." Does this mean a person with pacemaker can still use the purifier? Avoid placing the remote control near to the device? Or staying far away from device? Thanks.
Thanks for your question. Pacemakers and defibrillators may be affected by strong magnetic fields. If you or someone in your household has a pacemaker or defibrillator, avoid placing the remote control in a pocket or near to the device.

Does the Dyson Air Purifier (HP09) kill viruses?

Is there a warranty on refurbished appliances?
We do offer a warranty the time frame depends on the exact machine. Warranty would be for one year on this machine.
