I WAS very happy with my V550, but it does not seem to work with my new Windows 11 . Will this V600's drivers work with my Windows 11?

Hi Peter, If you are still using Windows 10 drivers with your Perfection V550, try removing them then downloading and installing Windows 11 drivers. The drivers are available at the Epson support site. Windows 11 drivers are also available for the Perfection V600. If you want to upgrade, the V600 should work fine with Windows 11. Hi Ej, The WorkForce Pro WF-3820 automatically prints on both sides, but it has a single-sided scanner. It is easy to setup for use with a computer, smart phone and tablet. Does this have apple airplay connectivity?

Can this printer handle heavy cardstock or rough papers? Larger than 8 1/2 x 11 inches? If not, what Epson model will?

Hello carr. The WF-3820 can print on paper sizes ranging from 3.5" x 5" to 8.5" x 47.2". For larger papers, we recommend looking at wide-format printers like the ET-8550, WF-7310, and WF-7840. The thickest paper supported is Epson Premium Photo Paper Glossy which weighs 79 lb. For cardstock, we recommend using paper that weighs around 44 lb, as similar Epson paper has been tested to work. What is the maximum distance from the wall this could be installed? I would like to install it on the ceiling but have a soffit with my screen coming out of that.

We recommend using the SilverFlex Ultra Ambient Light Rejecting Mega Screen to produce the best results. Can this printer be converted for sublimation
