I jut refilled my ink on epson 2720. the printer keeps indicating that the ink is low.it doesn't seem to be sensing the topped up compartments. Is there a way to reset the ink tank?

Does the ink dry out if the printer is used just once a month?

Hi MP, the ink will not dry out per se. However, performing regular maintenance, such as a daily nozzle check or a test print every 2 weeks, could greatly reduce the need for print head cleaning. Bobby - The Epson Team.

I bought this printer specifically for sublimation. It works great for most paper except Easy Subli from Siser. The paper won’t pull through no matter the setting. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
