Is the internal stabilization enough on it's own or I should purchase a handheld stabilizer as well?

The internal stabilization is really good on the HERO7 Black. A handheld stabilizer would help if you want to control other aspects like maintaining a level horizon as well, but for everyday use, the in-camera stabilization should take care of most of your needs.

Will it work in a hot spring? Iceland blue lagoon to be exact.

GoPro cameras can handle warmer temperatures, but if the camera gets above 125 F, it will power off.

Would this be good for recording music/making music videos? Specifically the audio. I am going to put a video portfolio together of me singing/playing acoustic guitar to send to bands. Thanks!

It does have good internal microphones, so it will capture great general audio, but if you are interested in connecting external mics to the camera, you'll want to get the HERO6 Black or the HERO5 Black and the external mic adapter.

The 3-Way mount has a mini tripod included, so that may be the best option, especially since it can do so many things. However, if your friend prefers to shoot with a full size tripod that they already own, the Tripod mounts are going to be very useful.

It's a strong adhesive mount, but it is removable. The best way to remove it is to apply heat with a hair dryer or heat gun as you peel it off.

Can you pull stills off of the gopro app or is it just video?

You can take photos and videos with the HERO, and you can also pull stills from the videos you shoot.

Is the GoPro HERO Waterproof camera compatible with the GoPro Drone?

No, the HERO is not compatible with the GoPro Karma system.

does an aux cord work

You would need to use the GoPro Mic Adapter to connect a stereo jack to the HERO5. That would be an input feed though, not an output. For output, you'd want to use the HDMI port.

Took my hero gopro6 out of the box, put in sd card charged battery etc. turned on never got to setup screen went right to video screen in German . Cannot get switched to English can’t get to preferences etc . Right now very unhappy with worthless product

Our Support team can help with that, or you can try resetting the camera by doing a manual update on the camera's firmware. Instructions are on our the GoPro site.
