Many customers are complaining of the camera overheating and the battery dying quickly, what is Go Pro’s answer to this?
If the HERO10 Black gets too hot, it's often because it is being used in an area with minimal airflow and/or the SD card being used is slow, which can make the camera work harder, which generates more heat. Increasing airflow around the camera and using a faster SD card should alleviate any issues with the camera getting too hot. Battery life depends on the settings used. Higher frame rates and resolutions typically use more power than lower frame rates and resolutions. For example, at 4K/120 fps, the battery may last less than 40 minutes, but at 1080p/30 fps, the battery should last about two hours. Using a spare battery or plugging the camera into an external power source can extend the recording time for the HERO10 Black.

Yes, the Chesty can be used in an under water. There are no electrical components or other materials in the Chesty that will be damaged by normal use in water.

Does it fit on kids 9 years old?
The Head Strap is adjustable, so it should be able to fit most users' heads, from child to adult.

Is this true 360 or just a wider angle?
It's a 155˚ wide angle lens that can allow the camera to rotate a full 360˚ while locking in the horizon so that the image stays level the whole time. For full 360˚ video, you will want to look at the GoPro MAX camera. The MAX has two lenses, so it can capture the entire content at every angle around the camera.

Yes, the Chesty is compatible with all GoPro cameras.

How do I download the video onto my iPhone or desktop from this GoPro?
You can download the photos and videos you record on GoPro cameras to your iPhone using the GoPro Quik app. Once your camera is paired with the app, you can access and save the content to your phone. To save to your computer, you can remove the SD memory card from the camera and copy the files onto your computer directly from the card, or you may be able to transfer the files to your computer from the camera itself by connecting the camera to the computer using a USB cable.
