What is the difference between this and the CHDHZ-201-XX ?
There are no differences in the MAX camera itself. The difference in these models is in how they're packaged. The 201 is the display case packaging. The 202 is packaged inside a reusable carrying case.

Yes, the lower button on the left side of The Remote will allow you to mark HiLight tags in your videos. Note that HiLights will only work if one camera is paired to The Remote. If you are controlling multiple GoPro cameras at the same time, that feature will not work.

If the ND filter is attached to the Gopro9, will it still fit in the waterproof case?
If the filters you're using fit directly on the GoPro, then the GoPro will not fit into the Protective Housing. However, if you're using the PolarPro filters designed for the HERO9 Black, those filters are designed to fit onto the housing itself.

Yes, as long as the power supply is 5V 1-2A, the HERO7 Silver can be used while charging. Note though that for the USB-C to be connected, the door on the HERO7 Silver will need to be open, so the GoPro will not be waterproof during these shots. You'll want to take care that the camera stays dry.
