I’m trying to upload my videos to my laptop but my laptop won’t upload them. What converter app is best to upload these videos?

You should be able to upload your files to your computer if you connect the SD card directly to the computer using an SD card adapter. An alternative to that is to download GoPro's Quik for Desktop app which will allow you to import directly from the camera. Note that Quik for Desktop is a legacy software that is no longer being developed, but it is still available for download.

Does it come with a case ?

The HERO7 Silver does not come with a separate housing since the camera is waterproof on its own down to 33 feet. If you plan to take the GoPro deeper than that, a dive housing for the HERO7 Silver is sold separately.

Does this work well with a Ricoh Z1 360 Camera???

The connector on the MAX Grip and Tripod uses the standard GoPro connector. That connector is a finger-style link that may not work with other manufacturers' cameras. However, if those cameras use a standard screw style connector, there is an adapter that can be used to connect those types of cameras to this tripod.
