Hi Suri,
Congratulations on your new Samsung electric range. We are here to help you out.
The time it takes for an oven to cool down after using it at high temperatures can vary depending on several factors (after a complete shut off of the oven), the temperature it was set to, and the ambient room temperature.
Right after turning off the oven, the exterior surface may remain warm to the touch for 15 to 30 minutes. This is particularly true for ovens that retain heat well, such as conventional ovens as this Samsung range model.
For the oven to cool down fully, meaning the temperature inside the oven and on its exterior reaches a safe, cool level (under 100°F) it may take 1 to 2 hours. This model does not have a cooling fan, you may leave the door slightly ajar/open to allow more airflow to cool it down further; however, this is not recommended when there are toddlers around.
I have shared the user manual link below for this model. Please visit the link and turn to page 28 to ensure that the oven (on the control panel) is properly turned off.
