The wifi experience is really bad on this tv. I have difficulty streaming hulu from native apps on the tv it constantly pauses and spins. But it works fine when I use hulu via my external apple tv device. What can I do to improve this?

To improve your Wi-Fi experience please follow the below instructions:

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. To ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates, I recommend enabling Auto Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.

Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

If you continue to have issues I recommend the following:

1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible
2. Try wired LAN if available

How do I connect to internet

Hi there,

You can connect to your local internet via WI-Fi or ethernet cable. For ethernet, you would simply connect the ethernet cable to the back of the TV and to your router.

To connect via Wi-Fi:

Use the directional pad on your TV's remote to select Settings, select General, and select Network.

Select Open Network Settings, and select the name of your Wi-Fi network.

Enter the network password, if prompted, select Done, and then select OK.

does this tv come with all apps like netflix, hulu, and like international apps?

The TU690T has a built-in app store with hundreds of apps to choose from including Netflix and Hulu+. I'm not sure which international apps you are specifically asking about but here is a list of apps available.
