How many and what types of audio outputs are available. Can this TV send more than one audio signal output at the same time?

You can connect audio devices via Optical Cable, HDMI eARC via Port 2, or Bluetooth. On the TU690T TV, you can use both TV and Bluetooth device audio simultaneously using the Multi-Output Audio feature. If you are looking to connect two Bluetooth devices at once, I recommend upgrading to the CU7000 TV.

Just bought this TV, set it up and turned on, the picture appears dark, is this a bad TV?

Hi Jtesch,

If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright, you can try adjusting Picture Modes, Contrast, Brightness, or Sharpness settings.

For darker scenes, I recommend Dynamic Picture Mode, which makes pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic.

Or you can manually adjust the Brightness by pressing the HOME button on your remote, then navigating to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings.

You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings > All Settings> General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode.

Yes, any Samsung gas range can be converted to LP gas using an LP conversion kit and should only be performed by a qualified LP gas installer.

Does this TV come with a voice remote/does the TV have voice control?

No, the TU690T does not have voice assistants built in. You can however connect it to an existing Alexa or Google Assistant device.
