I have an account with Best Buy and a contract with the Geek Squad. Will I still be charged for the delivery and installation of the New TV? Will the service personnel remove the old TV. It is mounted on the wall in my family room.

Where is the Digital Optical Audio output found? I see 3 hdmi ports, one USB port, an ethernet port, and a cable antenna output, but no Optical. Help?

How do i use my own photos as screen savers. I have a samsung with ambient mode but the 7000 doesn't have ambient mode. whats the process with the 7000

Does the remote control have a number keypad so I can enter Channel numbers directly?

ShellyR - To select channels directly by channel number, press the “123” button on the remote to display the virtual numeric keypad. Use the left and right directional buttons to move along the row, and then press the Select button to choose the number. When you have finished selecting all the numbers you need (for example, 123), press the up directional button to move to the Done option, and then press the Select button to finish.
