Is it remote controlled? Are wall attachments included in price? What does the warranty cover and how long does it last?

The TU690T TV comes with a remote and a power cord. We back this Samsung TV with a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, including authorized repair for manufacturer defect, if purchased brand-new directly from an authorized seller.

Can this TV be hooked to a TV stand that has screw threads where the mount is above the stand yet hooked to the stand? It is like a piece of furniture with a mount attached to stand at top and TV would screw into?
