Just bought Samsung 65” class Q70a series QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV. Will this sound bar sync with the new tv? My phone is synced with new tv and I’m already listening to my Spotify thru my phone and the tv, will this still work going thru this sound bar

When you are using Bluetooth on the new HW-B650 Soundbar you will be able to pair either your TV or your smart device one at a time. You can connect the soundbar using either HDMI, Optical or a Bluetooth connection to your TV.

my speaker doesnt turn on i tested all the outlets and its the speaker why wont it turn on

I’ve asked this question before and appreciate the responses but still uncertain . I have the French door bespoke without the beverage center , there are dual ice makers in the freezer section . Wondering how it knows when the bin is full .

As per checking, Samsung's ice makers are designed to stop when they're full. There are two methods for this: an optical sensor or a mechanical arm, which detects when ice has piled high enough. If your ice maker won't stop making ice, it means ice is not accumulating high sufficient to reach the sensor or arm, typically because the ice bucket is not in the proper position.

What is the sound volume to hear normally?

Hi Virgusa,

The Volume level to be able to hear normally usually all depends on your personal preferences. Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might be set too low or too high. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

There are also a few Volume Features that you may want to review to improve your experience:

1. Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On.
2. Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.
3. Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode.
