My samsung refrigerator with model #RF18HFENBSR not working the freezer and it was totally defrost all inside. How i gonna fixed it to make it cool and make ice. Thank you.

If you just received the unit, please ensure it is not in demo mode. It will look like it is ON but is on the showroom demo mode. This mode will disable the cooling system in your refrigerator, freezer, and ice maker. This mode is not for storing food. Any food stored in the fridge will spoil. If your freezer is not freezing, or if your fridge or other temperature-controlled compartments (such as FlexZone) are not cooling, there are several options for fixing the problem and correcting the temperature. Most cooling concerns can be resolved by adjusting refrigerator settings, proper use and care, inspecting and cleaning the door seals, or resetting the refrigerator.
