Subwoofer & speakers cut in and out. I’ve done what everyone else has done. Unplugged subwoofer, reset, changed distance between subwoofer, soundbar and wifi. I tried searching for this model in SmartThings app but can’t be found for firmware update.

Hi Alsmith! Yes, when using an external device with the AU8000, you can adjust the aspect ratios through the picture settings. This feature is unavailable while streaming apps.

Can I buy a longer power cord for this so it can reach my surge protector? If so, does Best Buy have them?

Hi CarolynL! The AU8000 utilizes a standard two prong AC power cable. To extend the length of the cable we recommend connecting the TV to a surge protection device moving the outlet closer to the TV while providing additional protection.
