My A650 is connected to my QN90AA via HDMI e-arc but I can`t get anything to change when selecting the sound mode or sound control buttons on remote. On TV, I can set-up the equalizer. But if I turn the sound bar off than back on all entered info is gone.

Hi Rods76! When adjusting the settings on the soundbar with the remote, you can view what adjustments are being made on the soundbar's display itself. These adjustments will not show on the TV. If the remote is not working, please make sure the batteries are inserted properly and the soundbar is in the proper orientation with the Samsung logo on top. Does this come with a hdmi cable

Hi! The HW-A550 does not include an HDMI cable; instead, this model will include a digital optical cable which can be used to connect the soundbar to a TV.

Can connect the soundboard to the tv through a wired instead of Bluetooth? Can I have wired connections on the rear speakers?

Hi Rober! The HW-A470 soundbar can be connected to the TV via digital optical audio. Each rear speaker will wire to the transmitter module which then features a wireless connection to the soundbar.

If I don’t want to mess with rear speakers will soundbar and subwoofer work stand alone 3.1 style?

Hi! The HW-A470 includes the wireless rear speaker kit, a wireless subwoofer, and a 2ch soundbar. This soundbar does not support a center channel for 3ch audio. My PS4 is connected to my Samsung QN90a TV, and the TV is connected to my HW-Q600a sound bar. Can I get the Dolby Atmos from my Blu Ray DVD playing from the PS4? It doesn’t seem to work that way and I have to disable the Dolby Atmos on the Blu Ray.

My SIM card is micro size. I read somewhere that this phone only take nano SIM cards. Is that true?
