I'm form Argentina and was wondering if I can use it on 220v or it only supports 110v?

Hi Agos! This soundbar is designed for use in the US and only fully supports 110-120v.

Hi tj! This soundbar is compatible with TV's or Displays that support digital optical audio or Bluetooth wireless audio technology. If your Vizio TV supports one of these two audio technologies it will be compatible with the soundbar. ^Tim

How well does this work with XFinity DVR?

Hi Teamhog! This soundbar will connect to the TV using digital optical audio or Bluetooth wireless audio technology. Once connected, it will play any audio the TV is sending. If your XFinity DVR is compatible with your TV, you will have no issue hearing the audio through the soundbar.

Do I need a hdmi cord to control the volume on my satellite remote

Hi! This soundbar features the ability to be controlled using the TV's remote control. This function can be used with IR remote controls only. Bluetooth remote controls (remote controls that require pairing) are not supported. Set the TV speaker to External Speaker to use this function. 1) Turn Off the Soundbar. 2) Push up and hold the WOOFER button for 5 seconds. Each time you push the WOOFER button up and hold it for 5 seconds, the mode switches in the following order: “Samsung-TV Remote” (Default mode), “Off-TV Remote”, “All-TV Remote”. The LED indicator status changes each time the mode is changed. Should you need further assistance, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG. ^Tim

Receiver needed?

Hi mmorgan103! Samsung soundbars are designed to eliminate the need for a receiver by connecting direct to the TV. You will also need to plug both the soundbar and the subwoofer into the wall outlet for power.

Can I connect a Sony whl400r headphones to this sound bar

Hi Gambler! This soundbar model does not transmit a Bluetooth signal; it is only able to receive one. You will not be able to connect a pair of Bluetooth headphones to the soundbar.

Is it possible to upgrade the firmware on this product?
