Can you use Alexa with this?

Hi AmyCO! The TU7000 works with Google Assistant and Alexa. However, you will need to have a standalone Google Assistant or Alexa device to perform commands such as changing channels, swapping input selections and launching partner apps. When stepping up to the TU8000, you will gain built-in voice assistants (Amazon Alexa, Bixby, Google Assistant) and a dedicated voice assistant button on your remote for a much wider list of commands such as weather, music, and getting questions answered with your voice. Hi Justinb! The TU7000 does not include an HDMI Cable. we recommend using 4K HDMI cables with 4K UHD TVs for the best possible picture quality. Some 4K HDMI cables are in-wall rated. However, this is not a necessary feature to have if you do not plan to run your HDMI cable(s) through your wall. I recently moved and lost my remote. I dont think this model TV has any buttons to turn the TV on and off or adjust volumes or select inputs. It looks like I'll have to buy another remote but I'm pretty sure they're very expensive. Anything else I can do?

Hi NoHandLuke! The TU8000 features a button underneath the Samsung logo on the bottom bezel of your TV. This button can be used to power on/off the TV, change the channel, source, or volume, as well as access setting within the menu. You can also connect the TV to Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa devices to control the TV using voice commands. How do you get the app for sling tv or any other streaming app?

Hi BondBond72! Using your TV remote press the "Home" or "Smart Hub" button. Using the directional pad, navigate to and select "Apps". Hi Rick! Yes, both of these features are available on the TU8000. Brightness can be adjusted by using the built in preset picture modes Dynamic, Standard, Natural, and Movie. Alternatively you can access the Expert Picture Settings through the menu and manually adjust the TV to your preference. To access the sleep timer, Using your TV remote, navigate to Settings > General > System Manager > Time > Sleep Timer, and then select the amount of time you would like the TV to stay on before powering itself off. You can set the sleep timer up to 180 minutes, after which the TV will turn off.

All Samsung 2020 model year QLED TVs 55” and larger starting from the Q70T Series are capable of 4K@120fps, as well as FreeSync, and VRR.
