will this tv have the voice activated remote? the sales man said yes but i do not see a voice button on the remote.

However, you will need to have a standalone Google Assistant or Alexa device to perform commands such as changing channels, swapping input selections and launching partner apps. Hi, Does this TV come with a full user manual (hard copy)? The one I purchased didn't have any user manual. When I called SAMSUNG, they informed me that everything now is emanual. But certain YOUTUBE videos show user manual is available. Please advise.

Hi Larry! Yes, you can use both TV and Bluetooth device audio simultaneously on the TU7000. When this function is active, you can set the volume of the Bluetooth headphones higher than the volume of the TV speaker. First, make sure your Bluetooth headphones are paired. Press HOME on your TU7000 remote. Then go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Multi-output Audio. Find the device you'd like to use.

Why can't I get Facebook Watch to work on this TV?

Hi MsAnn! If apps are not working correctly, we recommend first checking for firmware updates on your TV. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Software Update. If you do have the latest firmware, then you can next try a cold boot. There are two ways to cold boot your TV:
⦁ Using the Remote: For most people, the easiest way is to hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
⦁ Using the Plug: If you do not have the remote, unplug your TV from the wall outlet or surge protector, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
