The border on tv is rather wide not as shown on box, I cannot seem to get a full screen like it shows on line this is deceiving, I can only enlarge the picture for the menu guide why is this?

Hi Fester! You can change the picture settings to be able to better fit your picture to your screen. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Size Settings. From there, you can adjust Picture Size, Fit to Screen, and Zoom and Position options. ^Gina

Hi poppy! The TU8000 does have an Optical Audio Output Port located on the back of the TV. It does not have a headphone jack. ^Gina

Does this tv have stereo sound

Hi there! The TU8000 has 20 Watt 2 Channel sound capabilities. While it is not always necessary, we do recommend adding a soundbar for a more immersive experience. Can I enable the TV speakers and blue tooth headphones simultaneously? My wife has difficulty navigating the change from speakers to BT at night when she wants to watch TV but I want to sleep.

Hi there! You can use both TV and Bluetooth device audio simultaneously on the TU8000. When this function is active, you can set the volume of the Bluetooth headphones higher than the volume of the TV speaker. First, make sure your Bluetooth headphones are paired. Press HOME on your TU8000 remote. Then go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Multi-output Audio. Find the device you'd like to pair. ^Gina
