I would like to use this TV as a movie screen not a TV. Do I have to have this Samsung plugged into cable (comcast, centurylink etc) if I only want to stream and use DVD's? Also assuming TU8000 has built in wireless to connect to wi-fi to stream.

Hi HatesCable, WiFi is built into every 2020 Samsung Smart TV and it even has a built in streaming platform called Tizen to access your favorite streaming services. There is no "Cable" needed if you don't want it. Cheers! ^Scott

I'm looking to buy a new 65" tv for my living room. my choices are an 8 series uhd UN65TU8000FXZA or either a q60t or q70t if its worth the extra money. whats your opinion or advice. all is appreciated thanks in advance

Moving to the Q60T gives you in addition; Wide Viewing Angle, SmartThings compatibility, Adaptive Picture, Dual LED, 100% Color Volume, and more. Moving to the Q70T gives you in addition; Motion Rate 240, Ambient Mode+, and Real Game Enhancer+. Can anyone tell me the gap size between the two stands mounted on 65" TV? Just wanted to make sure if I can place it on 48" length TV stand.

Can I hook up my Sonos sound system and sound bar to this television ?
