I connected it to my desktop, but how do you turn off or at least adjust the volume for the voice guide? Every time I turn on my desktop, she would say "digital audio in." It's so loud even when I adjusted the volume before turning it off.

Hi there! The voice volume on your HW-S40T Soundbar will match the volume that your soundbar is set at; there is no way to decrease the voice volume without decreasing the volume on your soundbar. ^Gina

Hi there! The HW-Q950T Soundbar supports eARC; however, connecting a new gaming system through the soundbar will lose the gaming features as it is not directly connected. I just bought this.. Sound is great, but the wireless sub which is about 10 foot away from the soundbar will cut out for a second or two intermittently about once every couple minutes. Doesn't matter if it is from TV and bluetooth. Is there a fix?
