i get black bars ,that wont let me see whole tv on the major networks.How can i fix this

How to connect Alexa to my TU7000

Naz, you will first need to have a standalone Amazon Alexa device to utilize Alexa on your TU7000. Both your Alexa device and TV will need to be on the same WiFi network, and will need to connect your TV via SmartThings app (you can sign in to your Samsung account on your TV for this), you will also need to setup the SmartThings app on your mobile device. You will then need to discover your Samsung TV in the Samsung SmartThings app, and discover your Alexa device in the Alexa app. In the Amazon Alexa app, enable the Samsung SmartThings skill, and sign in with your Samsung account to link the accounts. I have a samsung 60 ku 6300 series tv.i got it in 2016.i want to hook up a vcr-dvd combo unit. It does not have a hdmi input.i have to use component cables.3i inputs.the tv does have a input but it is only holes.how cani hook it upto the tv

Can you hook up headphones to this tv?

Rick, you can connect Bluetooth headphones to the TU7000, as this TV is Bluetooth enabled. Refer to your headphone's user manual for how to pair. Once paired to the TV, press HOME on the TU7000 remote. Then go to Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List. Choose the headphones you wish to use for sound output. ^Gina
