Hi, I'm from Puerto Rico, i just bought this Sams TV Q60T 75, i love Hulu, but I cannot download the Hulu app, I look for the app at the search bar, because doesn't have installed either, what can i do? Please don't tell me to use a mirror app.

Hi Elliot, There is a Hulu button on your 2020 Samsung remote. If that doesn't work make sure you have entered the app store in the TV before searching. If neither of those things work we recommend first checking for firmware updates on your TV (Home > Settings > Support > Software Update). If your TV is up to date, try a cold boot. There are two ways to cold boot your TV. With the Remote: For most people, the easiest way is to hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and on again. This should only take about 5 seconds. With the Plug: If you do not have the remote, unplug your TV from the wall outlet or surge protector, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. It says that this TV has Bluetooth connection. Can I connect this TV via bluetooth to my two Pyle wireless Bluetooth ceiling speakers in my room? The speakers will be located approximately 10 feet of where the TV will be placed.

Is this tv backlit or edge lit?

Why is there no backlight adjustment on this tv like my other Samsung’s ? I’ve been all thru the picture modes and expert settings and it’s not there. Kinda disappointing as this is a crucial setting.

Hi Vin, There are several systems which will adjust the backlighting system in real time like adaptive picture which optimizes brightness and provides the best picture quality based on the lighting condition and the content you're viewing. If the TV is in Game Mode the backlighting adjustment will be limited however.
