Ringo, the Fios app is not available on Smart TVs; however, you can stream from the Fios app using screen mirroring on an Android device using Smart View, or on an iOS device using AirPlay 2. ^Gina

Is the stand width always the same regardless of the TV size? So the 55” TV has the same TV stand width as a smaller TV? I have a 42 inch TV stand but wanted to get the 55” TV for that stand.

Brian - The TV stand width changes based on size of TV.
The 55TU7000 stand width is 37.5".
The 58TU7000 stand width is 39.9".
The 43TU7000 stand width is 31.2".

I just purchased this TV and it is way too dark in dark scenes. I cannot even make out what is happening. I have searched how to fix and it seems to be something related to HDR but there doesn't seem to be any way to adjust this. How can I fix this?

Hi JRJR - I’m sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with your TV. First recommendation would be to make sure your TV has the latest firmware. Menu - Support. Also, have you changed the Picture settings. You have Dynamic, Standard, Natural and Movie Mode choices. If you haven't tried these, see if they work for you. Hi there! You can use both TV and Bluetooth device audio simultaneously on the TU8000. When this function is active, you can set the volume of the Bluetooth headphones higher than the volume of the TV speaker. First, make sure your Bluetooth headphones are paired. Press HOME on your TU8000 remote. Then go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Multi-output Audio. Find the device you'd like to pair.
